"So far, I’ve read the 18 chapters of Demi: Birth of a True Mage, and I’m absolutely loving the story! The emotions, pacing, drama, and character development are all handled exceptionally well, making for an engaging read. Maze is a great character and her emotional struggles are really moving.But Nami is my favorite character at this point—there’s alot about her that really stands out. She's fierce but kind hearted, hates wearing skirts 🤣, funny, confident and not afraid to do what she thinks is right. On the other hand, Tiffany is just horrible, which makes her an effective character in the story. Sorry for her face though.I also really like Moe the mage; he’s incredibly relatable, and I found myself enjoying his presence in the narrative. While there are moments when the story slows down, it quickly picks back up, keeping the momentum strong. Overall, this is easily one of the best stories I’ve read on this platform—definitely in my top five! I'd like to give another review once the book is finished, but for now, I've had a great time reading it and I recommend this story. On it's way to be an absolute classic. "

"This story is beautifully written, with deep emotions that truly pull the reader in. It's about a powerful mage who possesses the "big 4"—Maze, Tiffany, Brain, and Duncan—and the journey of Nami, who is determined to find this mage. Alongside her are her loyal companions, Moe, a mage, and Mitchell, a fighter. Nami’s character is one of my favorites! I love her badass, tomboy style, and her fierce determination. She's the kind of character that sticks with you. The plot keeps you hooked, and I was especially impressed with the suspenseful ending. The twist with Mr. Hunter is something I didn't see coming—he was a character readers could trust at the beginning, only for him to turn out to be something entirely different by the end of Volume 1. The betrayal was heartbreaking, especially because it stemmed from Hunter’s impatience and his desire to force something that should have been earned through happiness. Overall, this is a captivating read with great character development, plot twists, and suspense. Can’t wait to see what happens next! Highly recommend it to fans of fantasy and intrigue."

A Few Tweaks Away From A True Masterpiece
"DEMI: Birth of a True Mage is truly one of the most exciting books I’ve read in a while. With 50+ chapters, it always manages to keep you hooked! On one hand, we’ve got Maze, whose experiences provide you with a mix of dread, anxiety, and thrill. On another hand, we’ve got Nami and her friends, who lead a thrilling investigation to uncover the Mage after Maze. This book serves you all sorts of thrilling moments and intriguing mysteries. However, I do feel like that some chapters, especially the more lore-heavy ones and the ones about Maze’s backstory, drag down the narrative a bit. Moreover, some plot points, such as God-style martial art techniques and Mohammed’s relationship with his father, can be improved on: the former is left unexplained, and the latter feels irrelevant to the plot. The writing style and grammar are fine; just some minor stuff here and there that can be tweaked. Anyways, you better not miss this book! A sequel is in the works, and I’m sure it’ll blow me away! "

"I just read the first 3 chapters, and I am already hooked! I love the way you are describing the character’s’ emotions and how they feel about it. I love the way that the story revolves around both the protagonists. I also liked how you described about the character’s internal monologue. While I loved the thought of magic, I think a story about the origin of all the magical powers should be included. Since there are 2 protagonists, but if Maze is the main one, the story should revolve more around her. But, it is just my personal feeling. I also think that a gist about further challenges should be given. Not in character’s thoughts, but in the environment. I am really interested in knowing how the story will evolve further. It would be great to know the two’s journey and know more about the principal."
