A deadly inheritance...

"Tiffany was never a woman to be messed with. Glamorous, beautiful and deadly, she is the daughter of Don Alejandro, a man himself who can be frightening and merciless under the wrong (or perhaps ‘right’ circumstances.) Don is the leader of the Alpha Brotherhood, a sinister cartel who would get their way through any means necessary, including with the use of torture and murder. But does Tiffany have what it takes to inherit her father’s hard won position as the leader of the Brotherhood? “Dispose of the Dragon Brotherhood’s ruler,” a council member insists, “...and you will have earned the right to lead us.” Not a problem Tiffany assures the council, and herself. She poses as the glamorous and alluring new student at Liban’s most prestigious high school. But Tiffany’s plans don’t work as smoothly as she desires. As she confronts more of her father’s erratic and dangerous behavior as well as the deep, dark secrets she keeps hidden within herself, Tiffany wonders if her memories of the past might destroy her future? This is an intriguing, labyrinth of a book about a sleek and sexy female assassin. In fact Tiffany reminded me a lot about my favorite character from the novel ‘Killing Eve’. Her name was Vlianelle and she was also very efficient at killing as well as seducing both men and women. The references to Alpha sort of threw me off a bit because this is a term usually used with werewolf culture. But once I adjusted I discovered this to be an enjoyable read. At the time of this review there are only 17 chapters. I can’t wait til author Jiceryl creates more."

On the edge of my seat.

"I rate this novel 4 out of 5 stars. I chose this rating because I hope this isn't the best novel I'll ever read. I like the bloody palm handshake. I recommend this to a single independent young lady like myself. I have to remember this author. "

A perfect Thriller for mafia lovers

"This story has that perfect plot execution which attracts thriller lovers. the sudden hints of romance and the way a character's personaloty shines through is awesome. I like how mean Triffany[Steffy] is. My favorite charater is her brother (Oh, I forgot the name). But while reading it, I felt that we delve less deeper into the character's thoughts, internal monologues. Consider this as a suggestion. I like Holly Jackson's writing because she uses the protagonist’s internal dialogue as a weapon to keep readers hooked. In a nutshell, this book is awesome. highly recommended for a thriller read."
