The start of Me

This story will have lots of cut offs because I don't know everything detail by detail. I only know snippets. So sorry if this confuses anyone.

To start my story I need to begin with my biological mother. That I never met. All I know is that she was a hurt and broken person. Growing up in an unfavorable environment.

If I'm being honest all of this happened because of her. I wouldn't be here if it wouldn't have been for her. A part of me blames her for all the bad things that have happened to me. To all of us to be honest.

At the early age of 16 she gave birth to my sister. A little time later, my sister was taken from her because she ate literal cocaine. My mother was also placed in foster care with my sister. But one day she decided to take my sister from the foster home they were in.

After some time she got pregnant again this time of my brother. My brother has back problems because my mother did drugs during the pregnancy. He sat low in her uterus during most of the pregnancy. Running away like the doctors said from the drugs.

My brother was also taken away from her.

Now I'm going to start with my parents and why they adopted. BTW I'm still not in the picture.

So my mom was born with lots of problems. She had a twin attached to her but her twin miscarried, and only she hung on. (Crazy if you ask me). She was born premature. She only weighed 2lbs. She developed a lot of problems. She never had periods or anything.

She met my dad when she moved from Puerto Rico to Boston. She had to go because she was literally dying. She was in coma for a month.

Fast-forwarding ⏩

They got married. And after 13 years of being together, well they wanted to start trying to have kids.

They went to lots of doctors and nothing happened. Tried everything and nothing was happening.

They gave up for a while. Then my dad's cousin got her kids taken from her. They decided to try and adopt them. But since they are family, they couldn't have them. The judge said it was because they would be separating a family. My parents wouldn't be able to spend time with their families.

They were denied that adoption but another one was coming.

A little after, they received a call from the agency. Saying that there was a little girl and her brother up for adoption. They started with the process.
