"Didn’t really have any expectations as I began reading. Possibly only minor disappointment was that even though Aaron and Owens was mentioned multiple times they didn’t interact sexually during their “thrupple”relationship"
Enjoyable but needs work
"The novel has a good foundation, characters with complex personal stories, an unexpected crime plot, character development and their relationships... But throughout the novel there are times when it is difficult to understand what is happening or who does or says what because of grammatical errors or the lack of details and names. The plot also lacks more development, both for the secondary characters and the crime plot. Some chapters go on indefinitely without much happening and in others the problems are solved quickly and, what is worse, in the background, when you have been waiting to see how the matter was going to be resolved. So, the final result is bittersweet. I enjoyed it quite a bit but it could have been amazing if the details mentioned above were polished."
