Damon's transition, the punishments to The Church people who were directly complicit with the Cypress Hollow group, personal justice for Rue before expanding out to extinguish the entire group. "This author is known to me. I have read her books on other formats. I love the characters she builds, even the totally evil ones, like Valentine. Being written as such realistic people makes me, the reader, retain hope for their redemption. This book is well written, with very few grammatical and spelling errors. I am very much looking forward to devouring the rest of the book "
Another good read from Ms Miles!!!
"I’m not new to Everleigh’s writing. Having read the whole Havermouth series, I couldn’t wait to start something new by her. She has not disappointed! Devoured is darker than her previous books but I am here for it. From the very first scene in the club, you can tell that this going to be epic! It’s moody, teasing with a hint of melancholy and it’s absolutely captivating. I love the characters already and can’t wait to see how they further develop. All in all, a good start to a new book. "
