A psycho is killing Florida beauties. Top cop, Al Warner fights PTSD from a head wound as he hunts this ‘Angel of God,’ ending in a deadly battle with an unlikely foe, his lover’s life the final prize A serial killer is prowling the streets of South Florida for the 2nd time in less than a year, systematically killing beautiful young women. Crack detective, Al Warner, back from injury leave, battles his own demons while chasing this clever psychopath. Warner is physically recovered from a head wound stemming from a deadly shoot-out, but sleep is compromised by horrific post-traumatic-stress nightmares. Angie Dedios, seduces stunning young women that posed nude for men's magazines. He “redeems” them during sex by brutal strangulation. A message is left at every crime scene: “Vengence…” Warner's romance with Sharon Clark deteriorates, aggravated by sleepless nights and the tension of a stalled investigation. Beautiful young women continue to die, and Warner discovers the killer thinks of himself as Angel de Dios, the Angel of God. The press labels him the "The Angel of Death.” More beauties die as Warner struggles with terrifying dreams and his failing relationship with Sharon. In the end, Warner is again thrust into a battle to the death with an unlikely foe, with Sharon’s life the final prize.
