Ocean Alike
He was sitting in front of the computer the light coming out of the screen make his dark brown eyes more attractive and his shining skin was making him look more charming he made his hand through his golden brown hair, opened top button of his shirt and squeeze his eyes, and pink honey lips due to tiredness he finally got up grabbed his jacket and made his way through the hallway, everything was so silent and only his steps could be heard as he was the only one there at that time it was almost mid night and he used to word late at night, he got into his car. He went home threw himself on the bed and slept at the moment his tiring breath was the only thing that could be heard in that room he was so frustrated that he overslept and got late for the office. He worked in a company COBON that used to investigate on the crimes that are effecting the country somehow. He got up in hurry he brushed his teeth while having his jacket in his hand and his breakfast on his table he brushed and grabbed the keys, the sandwich and his boots in his hands and rushed to the office while wearing a white shirt tucked in to his black formal pants along with a black blazer and a black tie.
YARIM: Am I late ??(Breathing heavily)
GUARD: Yeah! You can write the reason and mark your attendance.
YARIM: Aishhh! There should not be a limit to arrive like humans can get late and....
GUARD: Make sure to come on time tomorrow.
YARIM:*Death Stare*
He makes his way inside to his office and raised his head up while throwing his hair backwards (Intense music)
GIRL 1: *Throws the files and rushes to him* You almost killed me with that hair flip !!!
YARIM: *Warmly smiles* I will take it as a compliment *Winks*
He walks beside that one girl of the office that was cold enough to not to have anyone complimenting or loving her although she was pretty with dark brown hair touching her waist, dark brown almond eyes, heart shaped lips, white crystal skin, wearing a white shirt tucked in her blue pants and a ocean blue blazer holding in her hand and everyone excepted this fact and she never understood why everyone liked Yarim who even smiles rarely.
EHANA: Why they all act so weird like he is not that handsome.
GIRL 1: You won't understand!!!
EHANNA: I don't even want to.*eye rolls*
Grabs the files and heads towards her cabin. While the main director was on the round on that day everything was organized just Yarim was a bit late due some left over work."May I .... come in ?",Said Yarim while everyone was welcoming the director the manager had a look at him and said "Oh! Here he comes. He is Yarim "
DIRECTOR: OH ! Hello, I have heard a lot about you *While shaking hands with Yarim*and your work, the managers appreciates you a lot and (whispers) make sure he pays you well.
YARIM: *smiles* He already pays me a bit more than I work.
MANAGER: Not being fake but he works late at night, more than his capacity and due to some of his experiences and his knowledge I am promoting him to the head of the computing management.
YARIM: *asks while being shocked* Really!!???
MANAGER: Yes, Are you not happy?
YARIM: NO it's not like that it was just all of a sudden.*looks down*
DIRECTOR: Attention everyone.
Everyone looks at the director. "I was not feeling to come here today but then I saw the progress you guys made in this month and after I had a look at the progress i can't help but came to appreciate you guys so have a big hand for the efforts you made", the director said. The hall filled with sounds of whistles clapping .
DIRECTOR: What if I say I also have a big news.
Everyone got so curious,"Should I tell you guys or ..."
EMPLOY: Come on!!
"Your salaries are being increased more than 35%",said the director.Everyone showed there happiness by hooting and laughing.
EHANNA: Was I supposed to be happy?*Eye rolls*
BOY 1: Why are you always so negative?
EHANNA:*Leaves while ignoring him and leaving her glass on the table*
Everyone came out and the manager announced that Yarim is going to be the head of the computing management, everyone congratulated him,"Congratulations !",said Ehanna. Yarim smiled warmly towards her. Yarim was kind of sweet sometimes but somehow acted coldly mostly, Ehanna was the head of the files department and was so appreciated by her work but was just bossy and would like to be on top of everything. She never had to get interact with Yarim but this time was the second time he was interacting with him."May I come in ?",asked Ehanna. Yarim replied "Yeah!".
EHANNA: Here are the new files and the data of the project we are working on.
YARIM: *Asks while lifting up his eyebrows* Are we already working on a new project ?(While typing something on computer) *Points towards the chair* Oh ! Please have a seat why are you standing.
EHANNA:*While sitting down* You don't know we are working on this project so urgently, whole country is being effected due to this company.
YARIM: How?
EHANNA: This company sells drugs, well I have gotten some information about that but we just can't find any detail of the CEO and the method how he sells the drugs.
YARIM: *Smirks* Alright so you can leave the files here I will have a look .
EHANNA: (Places the files on the table and gets up) Also we are having a meeting in an hour make sure to come.
Yarim noded and Ehanna left while she was leaving the male assistant of Yarim entered ."You know.....*Breaths heavily*",Said the assistant.Yarim asked "Know what?".
ASSIS: Everyone dying because of YOU....
YARIM: *Shocked* Because of me?
ASSIS: No because of YOUR charming personality.*Winks*
YARIM:*Stares at him and breaths*You almost got me!.
Yarim got up, he wore his blazer and was about to leave when the assistant hugged him from the back.
YARIM: Hey!!!!!
ASSIS: I won't let you go....*With eyes closed*
YARIM: *Yelling* LET GOOO!!!
ASSIS: No.
YARIM: Why are you so....
Someone entered in and could not believe his eyes he just covered his eyes while Yarim was still processing, that person left while saying "I will come after sometime"
YARIM: No its not like that *tries to stop that person*, HEYYY!!! Leave me.
Assistant left him and Yarim just went out still processing everything.
*SCENE SHIFTS*
MANAGER: What do you think Yarim ?
YARIM: As for me I think We should work at the project on which we are already on the 'CAZZAIO Project'.
EHANNA: No! We should look forward to the YEROX project as drugs are more harmful than.....
YARIM: Than........than those weapons right? Weapons are more harmful and that is what Cazzaio is doing, just selling them to underage kids...
EHANNA: That's what Yerox is doing they are also selling drugs to teenagers.
YARIM: I think we should keep working on Cazzaio project and ...
Ehanna throws the files and yells, "WHY!! If I am saying that we should work on the next project why is no one listening".
MANAGER: Ehanna, Stop it be in your senses.
YARIM: *says to himself* (And she was always like that)
EHANNA: We should .... work ..... on ....... the ...... new project.
YARIM: Can you stop......
MANAGER: I think we are in a meeting room.
Yarim and Ehanna both got calmed down.
MANAGER: We can work on both of the projects, Yarim you look forward to the Cazzaio project and for you Ehanna you go work on Yerox project, Got it.
YARIM: I am okay with it.*Grabs his phone and leaves the meeting room*
Everyone got there responsibilities and Ehanna was there still full of anger, her eyes were red and she just kept looking at the chair where Yarim was sitting. After everyone left Ehanna went to the bathroom and kept her hand on sink and stared into the mirror with her blood red eyes and ,
EHANNA: AAHHHHH!! *SCREAMS*
The bathroom echoed with her scream, "What he thinks of himself *Smirking and SCREAMING*" said Ehanna. She washed her face and came out bumping into Yarim, "Ohh! Sorry........ Ehanna?",said Yarim, Ehanna just went on without even replying him " I might have hurt her ego ", he mumbled.
The next day Ehanna had to give some information and some files to Yarim. She entered without even asking and threw the files on the table in front of Yarim.
EHANNA: Here !
YARIM: Whatever is the reason you can not come inside like this....
EHANNA: Why Am I not even allowed to do this as a head of file management?
YARIM: You are so...... , Forget it. Have a seat.
EHANNA: Nope I have some work...
She was about to leave but "Listen", said Yarim. She moved back and looked at him.
YARIM: Why is 'CAZZIO PROJECT' bothering you so much?
EHANNA: What about you why you won't move to the next project?
YARIM: ..........
EHANNA: Got nothing to say huh!
YARIM: You know what are you like?
EHANNA: huh!!
YARIM: You are like A OCEAN WHO DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO EXPRESS SOMETHING SO YOU ALWAYS END UP BEING A TSUNAMI and harm everything existing around you.
EHANNA: Oh! I am so touched!!*Eye rolls*
She left and got into her car, drove through her home and went straight to her bed thinking everything happened today "I have to do something.....", she mumbled. While Yarim was still working late at night until he heard something unusual,"Who is it ?", asked Yarim he got up from his chair making sure not to make any sound he carefully went to the main files management room he looked there but could not see anyone "It could be my misunderstanding....." he said while making his way to door and then a file from section 4 dropped he suddenly moved back and saw someone "Hey ! Stop there...." he said, he ran after him but the person jumped out of the window and he was not able to catch him "....I was so close...",he said and punched the wall.
The next morning the manager asked Yarim and Ehanna to be in his office.They both came on same time, "What are you doing here?", asked Yarim Ehanna just ignored him and knocked the door "May I come in ?", She asked, "Yes! you may", Said the manager and they both went and sat there.
MANAGER: So as you both are working on your projects?
Yarim and Ehanna both nodded.
MANAGER: That's great to hear, So I also got some information that tells, somehow these two companies are connected and are working against each other that's why they both are selling there drugs and weapons more and more, working separated on both of them can not make any progress so you both work together and close this project with a great end.
They both looked at each other Yarim gulped and Ehanna mumbled "EWWW". (trumpet playing)
MANAGER: You both okay?
EHANNA: Yes! I am okay with it.
Yarim was somehow shocked that how she got convinced so easily."And you Yarim?",asked manager.
YARIM: Yeah! It will be fun.(while looking at Ehanna)
They both came out of room and Yarim was continuously looking at Ehanna."What?", She asked.
Yarim raised his eyebrows and went to his office saying, "Be on time tomorrow....". Ehanna gave him a side- eye and also went to her office, worked through some files.
*SCENE SHIFTS*
After some time Yarim was in his Cabin, his eyes were closed and the only thing that could be heard was the ticking of clock and his breath it was almost 3 at night he worked late no one was there in the office until he heard some steps and this time he did not asked the person to stop but he got up and followed the voice of the steps and again ended up being in that file management room he held the hand of the person and pulled him closer until he smelled a lady perfume and understood the person is female and then he got freeze for 5 secs and the girl took the chance and some how got out of his grip and punched him in stomach,"This time I won't let you go.",Said Yarim and kicked her and she flew towards to the wall and Yarim went to her and tried removing her mask but she sprayed his eyes with pepper spray and again she went away and Yarim was there with closed eyes and having regret," Shit ..... I was so close.....".He then went to check the CCTV footage but he could not find anything. The next morning Yarim and Ehanna were called to Manager office.
MANAGER: What is this? In the presence of two responsible employees some one came and stole those files from the management and data from your computer*Pointing at Yarim*.
YARIM: This was not the first time, I saw some one before too in that room...
MANAGER: WHAT!! And you did not even bother to tell me.
YARIM:I am really sorry sir but.....
EHANNA: Sir I think we should have a look at the CCTV footage.
MANAGER: They are all deleted.
Yarim and Ehanna both were so shocked that how could this even happen, Yarim was feeling more guilty because he was not able to catch that person both of the time. The manager yelled at both of them for half an hour and asked them to find out the missing files and data, they then came out of the manager office Ehanna went to her cabin on the other hand Yarim thought that person at night could be Ehanna because she did not react how she usually reacts to things and also she did not talk that much in front of manager. He started talking to himself.
YARIM: What if she is the one who stole those files as the perfume was lady perfume and I am sure that it was a girl because only a girl would have a pepper spray BUT if she wanted those files she could have get those as she is the head of file management why would she do this kind of thing knowing that if she got caught, it would risk her job. No she can't be the one, there is some one else doing this and I have to...
He was talking inwardly and suddenly his door knocked,"May I come in?".
