Summary

After catching her fiance with another woman mere days before their wedding, Kai called everything off and boarded a cruise ship, determined to still enjoy her honeymoon, even if she was alone. Falling overboard was never in her plans. She's sure she's going to die when she can't reach the surface. The last thing she's aware of are sharks. Waking up on an abandoned island with a naked man tips her world on its axis. The man is claiming she's his mate. He's not letting her go. And he's determined to making Kai his by any means necessary.

Author's Note

Please note: this book will not be edited or proofread. There will be errors.

This is a dark romance. There will be multiple triggers. These include kidnapping, non-con, dub-con, near-drowning, cheating (not between the main characters), self-harm, depression, gun violence, graphic violence, alcohol abuse, smoking (cigarettes), kidnapping, torture, violence against women, stabbing, and blood spill.

More will be added as more of this book is written. Those are the main concerns that I know, for certain, will be in this book.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Your story feels fearless and full of emotion. I love how you capture both strength and surrender within the same moment, creating a tension that feels real and unforgettable. The emotional charge behind your writing makes it hard to look away. What do you find most challenging or rewarding about writing stories that explore both love and danger so deeply?
