The Evergreen Falls Christmas Wish List

Evergreen Falls is our town, and it’s pretty cool.

It’s not too big, and it’s not too small.

It’s just right.

There are lots of trees, like the ones you see in a park, and there’s this great big waterfall where my dad and Uncle Alex had a moment.

They kissed.

That’s so... weird. Not bad-weird, just, like, I didn’t know they were ever a thing.

But still, it’s kinda cool. Like something out of a book or something.

My dad, Ethan Orr, owns the local grocery store and works really hard. And there’s this inn called the Evergreen Inn where Uncle Alex stayed when he came to town.

And there’s a river nearby, where we usually go fishing and play in the water.

Evergreen Falls has this cozy feeling.

People in our town are friendly, and we all know each other. It’s like having a big family. In the summertime, we have a fair with games, rides, and yummy food. The park is great too, with a big playground and a place to have picnics.

The best thing about Evergreen Falls is that everyone comes together, especially during the holidays, and we have this big Christmas party where we make wishes. Mrs. Donohue is in charge of that. She’s like the Christmas boss. She even has a special, red mailbox where we put our wishes, and she reads them all and tries to make them come true.

This is the story of how wishes can come true. It’s a story for anyone who believes in love. I have to share it with you, because I know it changed my life.

It changed my dad’s life, and it changed Uncle Alex’s life.
