Interesting novel
"I had practically finished this novel in two "go's". The plot is compelling and the characters are easy to get attached to. The author's writing skills makes it easier to follow the main characters journey. The world he built was amazing to explore. "

The investigative and romantic story between main two characters is very good, personal, graphic and emotional. The story again keeps spining so there is no boring moment at all.. A most riveting read
"I’m now a silent reader and haven’t left any comments or reviews for sometime now but because AuthorCMMoore left such lacklustre scores in their review, compared to all the other reviewers - some even authors themselves - I felt compelled that I must break my silence and post a review to help put the record straight. Evan Binley clearly has a nose for telling a tale, for example, it’s absolutely ingenious how Tobi acquires his name. Evan also has a real gift for stringing words together to create such an entertaining read. In no time at all you’re unwittingly fully invested as each chapter ensnares and captivates you. The storyline flows seamlessly, bringing in its various loveable characters, as well as ones us readers love to hate, at a sensible pace. The plot is totally believable, beautifully told, and actually very thought provoking too. So be prepared to be taken on an emotional journey as our hero, scientist Matthew, questions the moral compass of the society that he’s part of, that want to control every aspect of everyone’s life. There’s laughter, as well as tears, and a fair dose of anxiety, anger, and frustration, as Matthew confronts, not only these disturbing issues, but also whilst discovering love. Evan is a very talented and technical writer that knows the importance of punctuation and grammar which makes, IMHO, his story, Tobi, flawless in this regard. It’s an absolute joy to read and I certainly can recommend Tobi as an inspiring book and worth binge reading. Well done Evan Binley. A great job done. "
An incredible post-apocalyptic romance
"A beautifully written, thought-provoking book. It is well-paced and extremely engaging, pulling you in from the very first page and refusing to leave your mind until you finish the story. Furthermore, the characters are very lovable, and you can't help but cheer them on and hope for a happy ending. This story made me laugh, cry, and feel so many different emotions in between, which I think is a sign of superb writing. I also love that the plot isn't predictable and that it has you on the edge of your seat. Although I don't usually read this genre because they are often too dark, this book was a wonderful exception. It has just the right balance of romance, intrigue, mystery, betrayal, manipulation, hypocrisy, and sweet moments. All in all, a fantastic read. "
Gripping and Compelling
"Where to begin? I fell in love with Tobi and Matty and could hardly put the story down. It begins with more development and backstory that is interwoven with intrigue before the pace picks up. But all of it is thrilling, whether from action or tender moments. It kept me captivated for sure. The characters and plot are so well-developed, I grew attached to the characters, including the cat. Evan Binley's style of writing is fun and descriptive. It is refreshing. I tend to get into stories I really enjoy. This had me laughing, had me crying, my hands were clammy, I was anxious. Gripping and compelling only scratch the surface. I thoroughly enjoyed this journey, following the characters on theirs and feelings emotions for them as they uncovered truths and discovered love."

"A beautifully written tale about a component of our society that most of us, if not all can comprehend how close the story of Tobi can become a reality today and also echo thought forms from the past that led to LGBTQ movements from those before us who advocated for inclusivity for same sex love today. I was touched by the writer's end thoughts on our current predicament today in the age of technology. Equitable comprehension is what is missing in today's society, and unfortunately not a lot of people can separate their emotions from discourse to see things in a different light. In light of everything, there is always hope for the future and future generations to do better and be better, and such stories do bring about the inspiration to do so, foundations for such change are being written by writers like the writer of this book and their efforts do offer a significant brick to the foundations being built. Well done writer♥️"

"A fantastic book extremely well written by the talented Evan Binley! ❤️ The story can take you through every emotion possible, which for me is what I look for in a book. The country has been divided by the Governing family, separating children at birth from their parents by a genetic template, they are known as Katki. Propaganda is rife in this book and technology is limited to a science lab. A young scientist Matthew starts to question the validity of what is really happening around them. Children that rate high on the scale are taken from the parents at birth. Society believes that people who are above the score on the scale are highly dangerous and volatile. Matthew tries to petition to research into the score for the Katki but is refused. Matthews chance comes when his father gifts him a Katki for his 21st Birthday. What will happen and how will this play out? "

It’s hard to write a review without giving spoilers because the twists are so unexpected. The plot is anything but predictable, masterfully written, and it’s incredibly easy to put yourself in the shoes of the complex protagonist. " TOBI is a brilliant MxM SciFi / Romance, it's well written, the story line is very interesting and addictive, you will love Tobi and Matthew the main characters, just as much as I did when you read their story. Matthew was gifted a Katki by his parents for his birthday, Matthew didn't want a Katki and didn't believe the Katki should be used and treated as slaves, that is until he saw a very good looking blonde, blue eyed young Katki man at the Mart. Matthew didn't know why but knew he couldn't leave this young man behind to be picked by someone else that would use and treat him as a slave or worse. Matthew isn't like everyone else he would never treat any Katki as a slave, but as a person, especially the blond young man who is known as 7081. Matthew selecting Tobi to be his Katki would change his life forever, the more he learnt about Tobi, his life, upbringing, living environment, and treatment towards him and all the other Katki's, Matthew knew what had be be done for all Katki's, and was determined to find a way to free them, and hopefully find and reunite every Katki with their families again, and put an end to the evil rulers the Andekas family forever. Destiny brought Matthew and Tobi together that day at the Mart. @Evan_Binley thank you for writing this beautiful book, i absolutely loved and enjoyed reading Tobi.❤️"
Super interesting.
"This story takes you on a journey. I found myself fascinated by the author's tale and impressed that this writer let me into their world to see a whole new perspective. The writing is good, a few mistakes, but mostly on point. The story unfolds just as you feel it should, but at the same time it is sad with a happy ending. There were a few times I wished to see a scene, and not just be told how it worked out... but for the sake of the pacing I did understand what the writer was going for. And that in no way took away from the work! If you want a piece that is thought-provoking, you found it here. This is a good read to finish and ponder."
