Chapter 1

Jasper moaned quietly, her head hitting the wall behind her while Kit pushed himself into her. His head in the crook of her neck to muffle his very own moans. Her legs tightened around him as she unraveled. Kit gripped her hips as he brought his lips into hers. His tongue slid into her mouth making Jasper melt into him. She clung to him more as if in some way she could fuse them. Kit pulled out almost completely before pushing back in roughly the minute he felt he was close. “Hmm. I'm close.” Jasper clenched his shoulder, her eyes closing in everlasting pleasure. Kit bit into his lip hard to hold back his groan when he finally came inside of her with much roughness. He sighed, his eyes becoming droopy. Jasper smiled slightly at the love of her life. A glint of hope in her eyes before her conscious kicked in. He's in love with your sister, you're nothing but a distraction. “...I'm tired of being a distraction,” Jasper whispered before she could even think of Kit's reaction to her words that were meant to be in her head. He only searched her eyes suddenly finding that glint in her eyes. “Are you falling for me again?” Jasper bit her lip not saying anything to him. Kit sighed pulling her down his body till she stood on her feet. “We talked about this Jasper.” “..I know but it still hurts.” Kit walked away from her to grab his clothes still saying nothing to her statement. He knew of her feelings for years. When he first came onto her he knew. It was only supposed to be a one-night stand but it turned into more. After 2 years he'd told her about his feelings for Jasmine. She had tried avoiding him but she couldn't. So here they were. But it all seemed like her feelings were getting stronger. And they were. Every time she saw him. She was nineteen now. It wasn't easy getting over your first love. Not when Kit was always around since he was friends with Jasmine. Jasper went to grab her own clothes. She sighed. “You aren't going to say anything are you?” He shrugged. “There isn't much to say, Jasper. We've had this conversation numerous times.” “Yeah. And each time I get rejected.” Kit fixed his watch. “I'm gonna go before your mother finds out I'm in your room.” Jasper just walked into the bathroom, her bathroom door slamming shut as uncontrollable tears came down her face. She slid down the door, her cries probably being able to be heard outside of her room.

Next day

When Jasper woke up she grabbed her hearing aids and then went to her bathroom. “Jasper!” Her mom yelled but Jasper didn't hear Jade's yell until she made it to Jasper's bathroom doorway. “Jasper.” Jasper smiled looking at her mom as she was working with her hearing aid. “Are you ok?” “Yes. Sorry. I keep forgetting about your hearing. Don't forget to put them in. You definitely need it. Me and Julie will need help at ‘Care House’.” “Oh.” “I know you don't want to go after your father died but your older sister Jean is busy with her kids. Joanna has to babysit Joy. Jasmine and your Aunt Julie are my only help. I'll need a third hand.” “But that place is filled with memories of me and Dad.” “Hun. Your dad died seven years ago.” Jade sighed ruggedly vividly remembering the day her husband died and all that was left in her palms was his insurance money. “I need your help, Jasper. Please?” Jasper huffed but nodded. “Yes ma'am.” Jade hugged her. “Thank you. I'll go check on your little sisters.” She nodded and her mom walked away. Jasper walked to her closet to grab some white cargo sweatpants, a white cropped halter top, and a blue crop top jacket. She walked back into the bathroom so she could shower.
