A familiar trope with a twist
"I don't think I have ever read a story with dryads in it, so this is a first! Although a little confusing with the way the author denotes dialogue, the plot is intriguing and the story has potential for greatness. It mixes Gaelic lore with werewolves and dryads in a very unique way. I recommend you give it a shot!"
Interesting Premise
"Written in the first person, the main character starts the story off by narrating her past, however, I feel like this needs some love, as the beginning of the book is not really well described and leaves the reader confused (PROLOGUE). Following up with chapter one, the pacing is improved, along with the descriptions as the characters are introduced to the readers. I feel like placing them better would depict a greater scene - so work on the surrounding environment and how the characters interact with it. Other than that, I like the premise and the characters. They make for an entertaining pair and I am excited to see how the relationship between the dryad and werewolf develops. Is it love ~~~ I hope so! Keep it coming ~~~ "
