"This was such a wonderfully written story about second chances. Both Carter and Amaya have their own struggles with their shared past, but while it seems as if both have moved on, an unexpected reunion changes that. I thought this was going to be the typical "man tries to win over girl" type story, and while it does have that theme, there was a lot more to it. The male lead isn't just a one-dimensional "macho" billionaire. He has plenty of soft moments and instances where he is the one needing to be saved. Overall, this was a fantastic love story, and will definitely be one that I pick up to reread later on. Note: this is technically a second book, but I will admit, I didn't read the first one until long after I started this one. While you could read this one without reading the first, I highly recommend for background information going back to read "Behind Your Walls" before starting this book. "
