Introduction

This novel, with its many unfolding dramatic events asks the question:

“What’s the true meaning of professional misconduct?”

This novel chronicles the lives of six main characters. The drama starts in Hell’s Office, where two female coworkers Patricia Jenkins, a lonely office witch, and Sandra Mose, a naive, young lady vie for the attention of John Bailey. John Bailey is the whorish married office maintenance man. The real drama begins when Patricia loses John to Sandra and Sandra’s obsession with John leads to a horrific outcome. As the story unfolds and the competition increases between Patricia and Sandra, so do the scandalous office behaviors. John’s best friend, Barry Ledwards, is an insecure, obnoxious, and pretentious misogynist. He gets hired at Hell’s Office as a customer relations advisor. His wife emasculates him every opportunity she gets because he earns substantially less than she do annually, due to his limited educational background. Diana Boss, the new bisexual office supervisor, arrives and immediately sets her sights on Barry. Barry ignores her advances until he fears losing his job and begins a torrid office affair with her. Meanwhile, Diana has some deep, dark secrets of her own that begin to unfold. Marline Jean-Claude, the new coworker, has a sorted past unbeknownst to everyone. She sets her sights on Barry. On the other hand, Barry’s mind is completely focused on John and a supervisor he needs to keep satisfied and is oblivious to the fact that he is being sought after by his new coworker. Marline is devastated by Barry’s rejection and turns her attention to Rodney Remington, Hell’s Office head chef. Rodney enjoys the attention and begins to reciprocate her advances. Marline is so starved for attention she will do anything to get it, even though she suffers some grave repercussions from her behaviors. While Patricia, John, Sandra, Diana, and Marline are torn, driven, and love starved, Barry struggles to proclaim himself as a respectable man, attempting to keep a low profile, but as his secrets are exposed, he discovers he has caused more harm than good.

Six coworkers from culturally diverse backgrounds form a bond through office romance while having to deal with the outcome of their behaviors. This novel is about the clash between these coworkers who unexpectedly discover the true meaning of a hostile work environment. This book will take you through friendships, betrayals, lies, and the complete breakdown of professionalism and office etiquette. These coworkers discover that not applying the office ethical code could be the worst decision they’ve ever made. With intense passion, emotion, and intrigue, Hell’s Office will
