But Isha, broken and torn between family and love, gave him up, believing it was the only way to keep her family’s approval. Her heart shattered into pieces as she watched him disappear into the shadows of his world.
In the years that followed, Isha fell into a hollow existence. The light that once filled her soul dimmed, and the hospital corridors she walked felt cold and empty. She was a doctor, a healer—but who could heal the wound that festered inside her?
Meanwhile, Jungkook became colder, darker. The boy who once whispered sweet promises of a future together was gone. In his place stoodDabrita—a name feared across the criminal world, a mask he wore as a powerful mafia king and the world’s most ruthless business tycoon. Yet, no matter how high he rose, no matter how much power he gained, there was only one thing he couldn’t escape: her.
