Como salir de la paralisis del sueño

Luego de mi experiencia con la parálisis del sueño en la mañana, sentí la necesidad de experimentar para descubrir cómo salir y entrar a este estado de manera consciente. La sensación sigue siendo horrible, como si algo presionara tu corazón y pulmones, impidiendo que puedas respirar con tranquilidad. Una vez que comprendí que estaba en una parálisis del sueño, intenté escapar de todas las formas posibles, probando varios métodos:

No respirar: Intenté dejar de respirar mientras estaba en la parálisis para salir más rápido, pero no funcionó; de hecho, solo empeoró la sensación.

Intentar abrir los ojos: Traté de abrir los ojos para “mirar” y dejar el sueño, pero tampoco fue efectivo. No tenía control sobre mi cuerpo, algo típico en este estado.

Después de analizar la situación, me di cuenta de que la parálisis del sueño funciona como un sueño común, pero en este caso, no tienes el control para despertar. Es posible soñar dentro de la parálisis; puedes considerarlo como un “sueño dentro del sueño”, donde la parálisis cumple el rol de un “sueño profundo”.

Método para salir de la parálisis del sueño

Primero, es importante tomar la situación como un sueño del cual podemos despertar. Los sonidos del entorno juegan un papel crucial, así que, una vez que estemos mentalizados, podemos aplicar el siguiente método:

Visualizar: Imagina algo en el sueño, como una especie de persiana. Puede estar en cualquier lugar: una pared, frente a ti, o donde prefieras.

Actuar: En tu mente, abre esa persiana lentamente con las manos. Este gesto te permitirá despertar de manera segura.

Este método me ha funcionado cada vez que tengo una parálisis del sueño. Por supuesto, no sé si será igual para todos, pero les deseo mucha suerte. Además, no se limiten solo a imaginar una persiana; pueden visualizar una puerta, una trampilla, o cualquier otra salida que les resulte cómoda.
