The Blood of Astaroth

In the Kingdom of Astaroth, Aeris Pendragon is both a legend and a pariah. As the first and only female knight, she has earned the nickname "Man-Killer" for her unparalleled skill and the trail of blood left in her wake. Trusted by the royal family but feared by the people, Aeris has long accepted that being the sword of the crown means standing alone, with her duty in mind above all else.

But when a string of mysterious deaths begin plaguing the kingdom-starting with livestock and culminating in the brutal murders that spared not even nobility-Aeris is determined to uncover the truth.

The victims bear strange markings in an ancient script, and their blood turns black as if cursed, leading to whispers of forbidden magic, pacts, and dark secrets yet unraveled.

Armed with nothing but the strength in her blade, Aeris sets out to investigate, joined by an unlikely band of allies: a reluctant court mage, a cynical rogue, and a cryptic seer who hints at secrets buried in Aeris' past.

As the blood of Astaroth runs black, Aeris and her allies must confront the growing darkness before it consumes everything.

Will they uncover the truth in time, or will the kingdom fall to the curse that haunts it?
