Chapter 1
Jeon Jungkook POV
I woke up extra early today. I felt giddy with excitement. How could I not? I was finally going to be working at Trinity. It was one of the best college in South Korea. I wasn’t very hopeful that I’d be selected but I guess someone up there loves me.
I rush around tidying up myself. I pick out my black shirt and trousers, combing my hair until I’m satisfied.
“You got this jungkook” I say to myself in the mirror. Ahhhh, I might just pass out from being so nervous. I really want to make a good first impression. What if the students don’t like me? What if they don’t take me seriously because I’m young? I mean I’m 25, but that’s still younger than most teachers out there. I just have to make sure I do my best, afterall a bunch of students can’t be that difficult, can they?
Grabbing two bananas(I’m too anxious to stomach a good breakfast) while packing my bag, I finally am ready to leave.
Kim Taehyung POV
“Tae, darling, get up” My mom’s soft voice is the first thing I hear, as I slowly open my eyes, adjusting to the light.
Letting out a yawn, I stretch myself, “Mummy, can I please stay home today? I don’t like college. Just for today, pleaseeeee.” I ask her, giving her my best pleading look.
She shakes her head, “No Taehyung, you missed two days last week because of your stomach ache. I’m not letting you miss anymore classes, sweetheart. Get up, now. I’m getting late for work.”
She leaves me to freshen up. I hate this. Why do I need to go college? I hate it there. All those big boys tease me to no end, just because I'm not
I wish I was homeschooled like before, but mom wouldn’t like that, as there is 0 social interaction in my life. My dad is in the military, so he’s barely home all year. Ehh, I guess I’ll just have to deal with those buttheads a little while longer.
Just as I finish dressing myself up, my phone rings, jiminie calling. Jimin is my best friend since 1st grade. His mom works as a nurse at our college. He’s by far the only good thing about college for me.
“Hey, Taeeeeee” He sings making me smile.
“Jiminieee” I reply back in the same tone.
“Meet me at the back gate, before class starts, okay?? I’ve got to show you something.” He tells me.
“Okiee, I’ll see you.” I hear mom calling me for breakfast as I talk. “I gotta go now, buhh byee” we say our goodbyes and I rush downstairs.
