"A funny and entertaining story that made me hold my breath in suspense or crack a wholehearted laugh a few times too much 🤭 Loved the plot but also the mad pacing of the story that kept me awake and buzzing for a couple of nights, wanting to read more of it, wanting to test my theories, trying to piece everything together like I was a damn detective! 😅 Absolutely loved the ending, although it wasn’t much of a surprise… more like what I secretly wished from the beginning 🤭 Aaaand I can’t wait to start reading the sequel! 🤩 (most likely right as I finish this review 😁) You did a great job so far! 👏🏻 Chapeau! 🎩"
Funny
"This is a funny, sometimes a bit crazy, story with pleasant characters. Sometimes I felt like it was pushing too hard on the saw (this was a literal translation of an idiom from my language since I'm not really sure what an english equivalent would be) - meaning trying too hard to be funny? Still it's written well, the characters' development makes you change your allegiance to them, change who you root for, keep you invested. The end begs for a sequel, which is already finished so go on and enjoy that one, too. Definitely worth your while."
Read, you won’t regret it
"Thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was so funny, and I had a goofy smile on my face throughout reading most of it. Loved the characters and the growths in their relationships. Had a little shock towards the end, but (without giving any spoilers) was okay with it for what I low key wanted. (I know that last sentence doesn’t make sense, but you’ll understand when you read it lol) Can’t wait to read the second one! "
Wonderful coming into adult life
"I really enjoyed reading this story. It had it all. From the fun humour to sad reality and all the young adult drama of college life in between. I hoped for a longer ending. Perhaps a glimpse into the future of these characters. But alas it was left up to the reader to decide their fate. Well done"
