"Every time I read one of your stories, I find myself drifting back into the past. I can absolutely relate to this story. When I was a child, I also liked to hide in a blanket fort. My grandma, utterly helpless to resolve my childish fears, found the best way to do it after all. She would make the cover for me and hand me over one of those sandwiches - the best ones I ever had! ☺️ The sweetness of this moment reminded me of that memory. I really loved every line of it - from the cheerful sunlight, to the pinky rose face of hers and the warmth of his body. Everything was meant to imply security and coziness. Rejuvenation. Recovering. Healing.
