Chapter 1 The start of it all
It all started when he was born. His name was Jack. The bullying began in Year 2 (first grade) because he preferred to keep his hair a bit longer than the other boys and had a unique way of walking. In his class, there were a few main bullies: Darren, Alfie, and Ben. Of these, Alfie was the worst. He could get away with anything simply by claiming to be autistic, even though he had never been diagnosed. He used this assertion to his advantage, manipulating the situation to escape the consequences of his actions.
