Summary

"I will follow you to the ends of the earth if it means I get just one more minute with you," Enyo is an amnesiac who has spent two years with Zuko on his hunt for the Avatar. She remembers nothing of her past, and has nothing to remind her of it- except two stones and a bone spear. She remains with Zuko and Iroh because they offer her safety, comfort, and a promise of finding her family and home as long as she helps capture the Avatar first. The only problem: the Avatar is hard to catch, and she's starting to wonder if she's doing the right thing. It certainly doesn't help that her heart is taking her to the banished fire prince, while her head is telling her to find her family.

As the water wrapped around her and forced its way into her throat, all she could feel was a sense of betrayal.

She tried to move her arms, tried force the water to move, to bend to her will. Instead, the water retaliated by soaking into her thick furs, pulling her down and away from the surface. She could see bright flashes of fire and could imagine their awful noise. She could see her people jumping in the water, looking for her, but they couldn’t see her in the dark.

Her head slammed into the rocks and the riptide that had pulled her under now yanked her away from the boats, away from her people, and away from her memories. Until there was no more.
