Contingency Squad
"This book was a really good read. Very well written, and well thought out. The plot was awesome. It constantly kept me on my toes, and will take you on a wild ride that you wont want to stop. If you like a good adventure novel you should definitely put this on the top of your reading list, and honestly just put down whatever you are currently reading. It's 100% worth it. "
Love the writing style
"I loved this book! The story was so intricate and clever! I was only mildly interested at the beginning and was looking for something good to read but listen- I. COULD. NOT. PUT. IT. DOWN! I kept saying "only one more chapter" but would read 4 more. Yeah. It's that good. This is an exciting read and worth every second! I love the writing style of the author. It is clever and keeps you guessing with fantastic surprises that you didn't see coming! This guy is a genius, I can't understand how he came up with all the idea for this book! It's great! The story is written so that children and adults will both love this book. I can't wait to read the other books in this series!"
Great dystopian novel
"If you like reading dystopian novels, this is one you should definitely check out. The premise for the novel and the ending (don't worry, no spoilers here -- you'll have to read it yourself) really make you think about what direction our society is headed This book has some awesome plot twists that are actually really well foreshadowed. Robert Jordan may be the master of long foreshadowing (hinting at a famine 3 books in advance), but Jim Blow is the master of subtle foreshadowing. As an avid reader, I have come to hate thin writing and weak character development. However, Contingency Squad displays a surprising depth and complexity to the characters, while maintaining a good balance to them all. Unfortunately, I can only give Jim Blow 5 stars at this time because there aren't more books in the series yet. Want more stars? Write more books!"

"When I got Jim Blow's amazing book, I was so excited to read it. It was just not possible to put it down once I started. I loved the style, it was very funny and full of action! It has great cliff hangers! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for something to read. I just cannot wait for the next book to come out! "
