A fantastic pirate short story

"This is a great, wonderfully written story. The thing I like about it the most is how it flows steadily from the very first chapter revealing just enough information not to be overwhelming but to keep my interest. Also, the descriptions are fantastic making everything easy to imagine. The author has a knack for setting the scene so perfectly, making me as a reader want to read more and discover other nuggets of information. The tempo and the atmosphere worked perfectly and it was cool that the author managed to create just the right images in my mind of everything without having to use some complex 'pirate vocabulary' that I might not have understood. All in all, I am really impressed by this awesome story. "
