WHAT IS LOVE?

Kimiyono lays on the cold wooden floor with a look of sadness on her face as she stares lifelessly at the window.

She has tears in her eyes as she begrudgingly gets up.

She walks to the bathroom and conducts her daily routine with a facial expression of sadness.

She looks lifeless.

Remembering that she has to go to her classes in college that sadness turns into a frown.

She has a look of utter distaste on her face.

Kimiyono: "I hate it so much...so much..."

Fast forward about an hour later.

Kimi is sitting on the bench in the bus stop nicely cocconed in her knee length winter jacket.

She sees a kid in front of his mother walking into the bus stop. The kid jumps into a puddle of water that splashes on Kimi's baggy jeans.

That pisses her off and she responds with aggression.

Kimi: "DID YOU HIT YOUR HEAD WHEN YOU WERE BORN?!!!!! WHAT KIND OF IDIOT ARE YOU?!!!!! WHAT ARE YOU BLIND?!!!!!!"

The mother Eruma, gasps in utter shock as her kid cries.

Eruma: "Who the hell do you think you are?!!!!.....how dare yo-"

Before she gets to finish her sentence, Kimi charges at Eruma and pins her to the floor, Eruma has terror in her eyes.

Eruma's son begs Kimi to let her mother go as he cries.

Kimi's thoughts: "Oh my god what have I done?"

Kimi with tears in her eyes runs off and decides to walk to the school.

She then stops and begins to cry.

Twenty minutes later she walks into her first class a few minutes late and immediately looks at her professor with distaste and disgust.

Uta: "You're late."

Kimi: "Oh shut up."

Everyone including Uta gasps in shock.

Uta: "How dare you talk to me in that manner?!!!! You can send yourself out of here immediately!!"

Kimi groans in annoyance as she walks out: "Stop screaming you old fart."

Uta gasps once more as Kimi slams the door on her way out.

Kimi walks by her hecklers.

#1 heckler: "Oh look at moody sissy."

#2 heckler: "Is it that time of the month, already?"

#1 heckler: "It is always that time of the month for her."

They both laugh.

Kimi, who is already in a pretty bad mood, responds with aggression by kicking both boys in their private parts sending them to the floor and spits on them.

Kimi walks out of the campus and her frown turns into sadness.

Kimi with tears in her eyes as she sits on the bench at the bus stop: "I feel so lonely. I want to feel loved."

She then remembers what her high school guidance counselor told her.

Umaru: "Have you ever considered making friends?"

Kimi: "Ew...I have no interest in making friends...people are disgusting. Men, women..it doesn't matter."

Umaru: "Ouch."

Kimi in the present moment raises up her head and says: "Yes, I don't want friends."

When a woman with a noisy baby walks into the bus stop. Kimi's sad face turns into irritation.

Kimi: "Ugh!! Just shut that baby up for christ's sake!!..."

And then she walks out and stands slightly far off from the bus stop.

When Kimi thinks about her past she tears up.

Kimi: "I hate humans....I hate humans....I hate humans...."

KIMI'S FLASHBACK:

A happy Kimi runs to her boyfriend as soon as he steps out of his car and hugs him.

Kimi estactically as she kisses him: "I LOVE YOU!!"

While Bayo seems disinterested.

Bayo: "Yeah...."

Bayo's thoughts: "Besides her beautiful body she is nothing to me."

Kimi as she stops kissing him and looks at Bayo with eyes of love: "I have missed you so much."

Bayo smiles but it looks pretentious.

Kimi: "Do you want to come in and hang out with me?"

Bayo: "Sure."

Bayo and Kimi sit on the couch and begin to engage in a make out session.

Bayo's thoughts: "Yes...this all I want from her."

Minutes later Bayo decides to leave Kimi's house after the makeout sesh.

Kimi just as Bayo was leaving: "Bye.....I love you."

Bayo: "Yeah...."

Kimi as she sits on her couch: "I know what I am going to do...I am going to surprise him...yeah."

Kimi then decides to cook a medium batch of pasta and walked to his apartment with a smile on her face.

Kimi: "Oh....I hope he likes this...I put so much effort into this."

Kimi inserts the key into Bayo's apartment and is utterly shocked by what she sees.

So much so that she dropped the glass bowl on the floor.

She found Bayo cheating on her with a classmate.

When the bowl shattered Kimi snapped out of her shocked state and Bayo jumped out of the bed.

Kimi is shivering and then runs away.

Bayo: "KIMI!!!!"

Kimi enters the elevator and stumbles backwards.

She begins to hyperventilate, she can barely breath and she touches her chest.

She is walking in circles, panting and so overwhelmed by emotions she eventually lets out a violent scream.

Kimi: "AHHHHHH!!!!!!!"
