Chapter 1, Where is the start

I ponder to myself, where is the start? Where is that time I was promised, the time that was said to be the best of days, the time they said I used to know.

I ponder this due to the sake of my friend, it was a horrible accident, I dont know why he died and I didn't but if I could ever go back, then for sure, i'd find a way, even if it was written in stone that I couldnt. Now, I will tell you how it went, but since I dont know where the start of.. anything is really, i'll skip to the part I know you are waiting for.

Crash

"..."

"Mike?"

"Mike why aren't you moving?"

"C'mon man, this isnt, this isnt, this-"

"Oh shit.. I didn't mean to, fuck fuck."

"NO!!!!"

"Mike, GET UP, THIS GODDAMN FUCKING ASS SHIT ISNT FUNNY! I SWEAR TO GOD IF THIS IS A PRANK IM GONNA PUNCH YOU IN THE THROAT."

"He's gone kid.."

"."

"Who are you to tell me where he is? WHO are YOU to tell me what I  LOST? YOU ARE THE ONE WHO RAN INTO HIM."

"This has to be some time of dream, or, or, SHIT i'm acting delusional like a cliche main character after losing his friend, I can't, I-"

Then, it turns black, I dont know when it started turning black, it could've while I was conscious or just randomly, I just know it did and I was never at the start of it, now I am, looking at the sunset, wondering, "Where is the start?"

Cora: Decent story. Slightly predictable turn of events but I didn't think at this point it was a possible twist!
