Chapter One:
The Leader Who Inspires
Every journey begins with a guide, a mentor who lights the path ahead. For me, that mentor is Adepoju Damilola—a leader whose dedication and vision has really contributed positively not just to my journey, but the lives of so many others.
From the very first moment I met her, I realised she was different. She wasn’t just a leader who gave instructions; she was a mentor who walked the path alongside us, shows possibilities, showing how to lead, how to grow, and how to inspire others. Her commitment to teamwork, duplication, and perseverance was not just a lesson—it was a lifestyle.
I remember a moment when the duplication process and the act of working with team members seems complicated, which gave me unbearable energy. It was another experience, the road ahead seemed uncertain, but she reminded me: "Greatness is built in moments of struggle." Those words stuck with me, fuelling my determination to keep moving forward.
She didn’t just tell me what to do—she showed me how to do it, how to believe in myself, and how to trust the process. I so cherish her monitoring, the rare fact is that if I ask a question on what seems unclear, she will definitely dedicate over 15mins on Whatsapp to give a clear elaboration on what needs to know and what needs to be done, I've learnt a lot from her but this is just part of it:
* The Parallel line bond within prospecting and money making
* The Act of duplication and working with team members
It is because of leaders like her that I now understand what true humanity looks like. It is not just about individual achievements, but about lifting others up, helping them rise, sharing your success experience and creating a ripple effect of greatness.
