America's Sweetheart

Summary

[Updates every Friday] 𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗘𝗬 I'm America's Sweetheart; I have been since my Hollywood debut at the age of fifteen, the pretty girl next door with a heart of gold. The business's kind way of saying I'm a naive good girl, and they protect the image they created by keeping me far away from this world's corruption. I'm a beautiful marionette locked away in a penthouse, dragged out from my glass castle by the strings being pulled on behalf of my manager. Told to smile through my exhaustion for the cameras and what work I'll be acting in next, whether I hated the part or not. Now I'm playing fake girlfriend to the King of Rock, Blackouts lead singer, Kyler Rhodes. 𝗞𝗬𝗟𝗘𝗥 I'm the former king of rock who made his descent from his throne, drowning himself in liquor daily, following it with a drug chaser. The perfect picture of a rockstar sculpted from the hands of the music industry, shoved into a rehab facility across the country when I started to break the box they placed me in, hoping that it straightens me out. Only to be called back to the cliff's edge barely sober and thrown back into the studio to start producing a new album to make greedy bastards money. The puppeteers pulling the strings of Blackouts don't think my brief stunt in rehab will be enough to change the views of the public. Now I've got a fake girlfriend, America's Sweetheart, Arley Rose.

𝐊𝐲𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐡𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐎𝐮𝐭 𝐎𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥!

Since probably the beginning of time, musicians have been becoming victims of the tempting devil. The devil of sex, drugs, and rock and roll. They all start out flying high off the music and fans energy alone until that isn't filling the craving anymore, and they turn to something else. Something… stronger, whatever may be their drug of choice. Eventually the high they get from whatever drugs they're on won't cut it, and whoever catches their attention for a night of steamy hot sex doesn't fill the void anymore. Kyler Rhodes, 25, lead singer of Blackouts, is no different from all the rock legends who came before him, going off all the trouble he's been causing lately. We couldn't help but see where the band name originated from when the twenty-five-year-old had a little too much fun at his pre-show party. Sources say he was knocking back a bottle of whiskey like it was water and snorting some unknown drug off a girl's cleavage. The rockstar proved he went past his limits when he fell off the stage and was instantly rushed to the hospital to get stitches in his arm that was heavily bleeding, hysterically laughing like it was the funniest thing in the world. Everyone can't help but be worried if he'll become another has-been or if he'll be around blessing our eyes with those glorious abs and making women all across the world squirm in their panties hearing him sing with that rich, husky voice of his. Maybe some time in rehab will bring back the guy who stole our hearts at the beginning of his career; at least we all hope so.

Where oh where could our favorite lead singer be? As children we all loved to partake in a friendly game of hide and seek, and sometimes the games would get taken too far. Your friend would be hiding in your older brother's room underneath his bed, the place you're forbidden from entering, and you would go on seeking, unknowingly. While not quite the same as a game of hide and seek, lead singer of Blackouts, Kyler Rhodes, pulls a disappearing act, missing the band's morning sound check. Just hours before he was supposed to go on stage for their Charleston, Montana show. An inside source says he was drinking his breakfast, and snorting it too. Rhodes did make it back in time for that night's show, but it comes as no surprise he did it while drunk, and high. With the way our favorite lead singer has been acting lately I'm starting to doubt if he'll be blessing our eyes from a stage for much longer. He just might be too far gone for rehab. Sorry Kyler Rhodes, but my panties are becoming dryer than a cracking desert whenever I hear about your unsavoury habits as of late; I don't think mine are the only ones.

It has been decided, folks; our favorite problematic rockstar is going to rehab; Cliff's Edge Records has released a statement this morning. If you're like me and have been following Blackouts’ career since they signed their deal, then you've seen them through it all over the duration of their rise to fame. You saw the sweet, energetic drummer, Memphis Blue, 24, go from the guy who always had a smile on his face to something resembling a kicked puppy. The jokester bass player and backup vocalist, Denver Logan, 25, going from joking around with reporters and fans to glaring at them like they're the bane of his existence. I don't need to tell you about Kyler; he's been headlining for more than just his band these past few years. He went from the womanizing, bad boy to washed-up addict over the course of a night, it seems. I can't be the only one who misses the womanizer; I think back fondly to the days he would make me blush when I interviewed him. My husband could certainly learn a thing or two from him; just kidding, honey, you know I love your cheesy flirting! Still, I got my fingers crossed that Kyler’s time in rehab will bring back the Kyler Rhodes we all loved, because the old one certainly made better music.
