PRESENTATION
Hello, and welcome to this adventure called “Love is a Mystery.” LIAM is a story that focuses on the romantic relationship between Archivaldo and Joey.
First, we have Archie, a boy with a somewhat traumatic past. The events of his childhood and adolescence led him to develop disorders and anxiety attacks, which currently make it difficult for him to interact normally with his friends, family, and especially at school.
Then we have Joey, a gang member who hides many secrets about the clan he belongs to but longs to break free from the fate that has been imposed on him.
So, join them on this journey to discover how all those barriers and chains preventing them from both strengthening their relationship and living a peaceful life slowly begin to break. Meanwhile, the background story unfolds, showing how the coexistence between the drafnians and humans is either improving—or perhaps worsening.

Holow! Grapy here. I’m the author of this story, and I hope you enjoy it. Join me as we continue this adventure together.
Before we begin, I’d like to explain a few important things about this story so you can understand it better and be aware of the themes, content, and what lies ahead in this journey. As the saying goes, “Forewarned is forearmed.”
Without further ado, enjoy this story straight from the depths of my soul.

ABOUT THE STORY
First and foremost, this is an LGBT story. However, the main plot revolves around the relationship between two men. So, if this theme isn’t to your liking, it’s best to stop reading here and find a story that better suits your tastes.
Second, let’s talk about the protagonists or rather, the lovebirds at the center of this adventure filled with love, passion, and betrayal. Yes! Just like a classic Mexican telenovela—Archie and Joey.
On one hand, we have Archivaldo Moretti Rizzo. Yes, don’t worry—I know his name sounds like a tongue twister, but over time, you’ll get used to all the strange names you’ll encounter in this and my other stories.
Archie is a strange specimen created by my mind to be the main character of this unusual story. And like any star that gets most of the spotlight, his goal is to suffer a little in this adventure.
Yes! Like every good protagonist with a tragic past—though I hope not to fall into clichés—so this story remains interesting and enjoyable for you as a reader and for me as a writer.
But still, brace yourself for a lot of drama and suffering. You might cry, or maybe not, but it’s best to warn you and get you ready for the storm of emotions that is coming. Because if you don’t want to suffer and add another traumatizing story to your collection of tears, now’s the time to run away, close this tab, and maybe even bless this story while you’re at it. And if you feel like it, you can even imagine setting it on fire to break the curse of sad and cliché stories where the protagonist suffers.
Just kidding! Yes, there will be plenty of suffering throughout the story, but there will also be moments of joy, moments where we believe in love again, moments where we get disappointed by love, and moments where we laugh until we cry at the absurd and bizarre situations these characters go through. But most importantly, I hope you can connect with the characters in this story and keep them in your heart for a long time.
Now, moving on, let me introduce you to the other protagonist my little guinea pig Joey Estrada Montalvo. As you can read, this character has a much more normal name. That’s because we ran out of budget for fancy names after Archie! Heh heh heh!
This boy also came straight from the deepest part of my eukaryotic cell. He’s my perfect crush: red-haired, pierced, tall, handsome, looks like a thug and a troublemaker, but has the softest heart. I know I’m praising him more than Archie, but come on—Joey is hot! Top-tier! A total heartthrob! Ha ha ha!
Sorry, I guess we all have favorites. It’s hard to avoid. And while Joey is my perfect man in terms of looks, Archie is the ideal one when it comes to personality.
To be fair, I gave each of them something I love and something I hate to balance things out.
But to be completely honest, there is one character who embodies absolutely everything I would want in a man—physically, emotionally, and personality-wise—all in one being: my platonic love, Professor Bernabé. When you meet him, you’ll either question my taste or fall in love with him too. Anything is possible!
Even so, don’t worry—since I’ve been showering Joey with praise, he’ll definitely suffer the most throughout the story. Muahahaha!
Now that we’ve introduced these two experimental subjects, let’s talk a little about the themes and content we’ll be exploring.
Although the main story focuses on Archie and Joey, don’t worry—I won’t bore you by talking only about them. There will be many more couples and friendships to discover along this journey. We’ll have around twelve different couples, including woman x woman, man x man, woman x man, and many more that we’ll uncover as the story progresses.
So, you’ll have plenty of characters to choose from as your ideal crush—the one whose posters you’ll plaster all over your bedroom walls, whose merch you’ll buy in bulk, and maybe even get a life-sized dakimakura to smother with kisses and cuddles.
Love is a Mystery is a story divided into five seasons, structured as follows:
SEASON 1
Takes place over the course of five months. The goal of this season is for you, as a reader, to get to know the characters better—their likes, personalities, and the universe in which the story unfolds. You’ll also uncover some key secrets that will give you a glimpse of what’s to come in this adventure.

SEASON 2
Takes place over the course of two years. The goal of this season is to dive deeper into the struggles Joey and Archie face in developing a healthy romance and the hardships they’ve endured throughout their lives. Additionally, this season will explore the development of several secondary couples who will play a crucial role in the story’s climax.
We’ll also lay the groundwork for everything happening in Drafnea and Earth, as conflicts between both worlds start to surface.

SEASON 3
Takes place over the course of three years. This season’s main goal is to reveal all the secrets hidden by the protagonists and secondary characters, so we can fully embrace the suffering and cry for weeks over everything that’s about to unfold.
Prepare to see all the characters crying, suffering, begging for mercy, agonizing, and sinking into utter misery. T__T
That’s why you have two whole seasons to mentally prepare yourself for what’s coming next.
Before starting this season, it’s absolutely essential that you stock up on tissues, chocolate, ice cream, and a warm blanket—because you won’t want to leave your bed after the emotional devastation that’s about to hit us for days.

SEASON 4
I honestly don’t think you’ll even want to continue reading after Season 3, but if you’re still here at this point, maybe what happens in this season will make you happy… or maybe not. That depends on your perspective.
But the most important thing about this season is that we’ll uncover the biggest secret of the entire story.
SEASON 5
Telling you what happens in this season would be way too much of a spoiler, but what I can say is that you’ll finally understand many things about the story—why things happened the way they did, and why certain characters acted the way they did in specific situations.
Most importantly, though, this season will open the doors to even greater mysteries and countless more stories and adventures in the future. We’ll witness the end of one story, paving the way for the beginning of a much more complex world than the one we’ve known so far.
