Oh my god, I cant believe he liked my profile back!
His gorgeous blue eyes caught my attention while i was swiping left and right through the app. He looks like a jock, and it might be to good to be true seeing as im weighing 230 lbs., but it could never hurt to try right?
Im scrolling through his profile when a message comes through and the anticipation already starts boiling through my viens.
(“Hello, my name is John. Let me just say i think your beautiful.“)
He thinks im beautiful? Just wait til you see me in person buddy. I should be upfront and leave lies for someone to tell.
(“Hello back, my name is Renae. Thank you for the compliment I find you rather stunning yourself. I must warn you i have a 2 year old son.“)
As I wait for his reply I turn to see my baby boy smiling in his sleep, not caring about the animals laying around him or on him. Im getting divorced, is it really okay for me to be finding closure, a rebound maybe? Taking a look at my phone again im shocked by his response and immediately get butterflies.
(“You think having a child is going to scare me away? I have nieces and nephews and i love them with everything in me hun.“)
Our conversations have been going on for a few days now. I gave him my number and my social media name, and we have been video chatting alot surprisingly. I made him show me his ID because i honestly thought he was a 40 year old man with his facial hair and his deep voice. His voice had me week in the knees the moment I heard it for the first time.
