Chapter 1

In a past life, I was a young girl named Alice,

My family wasn't always there, but we lived in a grand palace.

My home would make people envious,

But what they don't know is that behind closed doors, life’s not that precious.

While most parents are with their children, mine would rather be on a cruise,

Therefore leaving me behind to suffer from my babysitter’s abuse.

How can they not notice my marked skin and misshapen face,

I'm soon going to fall under misfortune if the babysitter keeps abusing me at this pace.

When people look at my surname, they always say you are one of the great Coops,

But they are mistaken; my family isn't great, and my life will forever be tormented.

I never get anything I want, and if I do, it is rare,

It's not that I want things out of greed, but I don't get anything except for abuse, which isn't fair.

I'm tired of getting mentally tormented and being forced down on the cold hard floor,

That isn't the worst; sometimes, I get my hand smashed by the door.

If my parents are noticing the bruises, why don't they address the babysitter's cruel flaws,

Why let the abuse continue? Don't they know these actions are forbidden in the eyes of the law?

Why does it feel like my life is just one scary game,

When something goes wrong, my family always puts me to the blame.

My heart feels like it will explode due to the hardship and pain,

My mind has voices to keep me calm, but instead, it's making me insane.

People will learn that demons are real, and one day, my pleasure will come from blades,

Even if it means my family and I will end up in cold, dark graves.

Before we end up dead, it will be the primary abuser who will first end up in the ground,

Unfortunately for her, it's cold and dark, and she will never again hurt me or make a sound.

Day by day, I plan my revenge, and nothing will stop me from succeeding in my plan,

I need a great day; today is that day because I am playing in the sand.

Why is that great, because I know that's one thing she hates,

That means she will come out, making this day great.

As she comes to beat me again, I throw the sand in her face,

She screams as she loses her fitting, and then she falls over a grate.

As she fell, I laughed as I saw through her chest, was a bloody pole,

Come back for more because I'm not done, but for now, I'm just going to enjoy watching her body separate from her soul.
