The Fall of the 6

We were one of the biggest and strongest groups, but just when we thought victory was ours... everything crumbled.

Rumors now float everywhere about us-the Mysterious 6. A name the other races gave us after we vanished. Maybe they were right. We were a mystery. But we were also so much more.

Kai, Everest, Indigo, Aikiro, Flynn, and Azra.

Different. Unique. Those are the words that made us stand out. Together, we were strong. Together, we became the group feared by many, respected by all.

People sketched our faces on posters, hunting for us, but they never caught us. And yet, our biggest downfall came when we lost to the Cold-Blooded 10, a group built for destruction, with no care for life in their path.

But who are The 6?

We weren’t just warriors or rebels. We were family. Formed by bonds deeper than blood, we trusted each other with our lives.

We lived together, laughed, fought, and shared moments that others could only dream of. Each one of us brought something special to the table, making us unstoppable. We lived together in Muhanna, the place we called home.

Let me start with me.

I’m Kai. Leader of The 6. I’m not like the others. My race? Well, let’s just say even the oldest records can’t define what I am.

His brown-red hair, vanilla-toned skin, and amber eyes set him apart. His appearance reflects both his youth and the weight of leadership he’s carried for centuries. His tattoo, a symbol shared by all members of The 6, is a hidden reminder of his past.

What happened after the battle? We were separated. When everything went down, knights from every race swarmed the battlefield, hungry for answers and our capture

. We had no choice but to flee. Some of us were taken, others ran to safety. We couldn’t go back for the captured, not then. The cost would’ve been too high.

As for the rules we broke? The biggest one was forming bonds with people outside our own races.

It wasn’t just looked down upon. It was forbidden. Some would say that’s where we truly went wrong. But in the end, we couldn’t turn back.

Now, thousands of years later, I’m alone. Or mostly alone.

I live in Muhanna still, running a tavern that has become my home. It’s quiet here. The people know me as Kai, the tavern owner, but few suspect I am the Kai-the one they whisper about in legends.

Some notice my face looks familiar, but they don’t dwell on it. Life here has a way of letting the past blur.

And then there’s Gumbo, my pet pig. Strange companion, I know, but she’s been with me through thick and thin.

Occasionally, a human will ask if I am the Kai. I laugh it off. They wouldn’t believe me if I told them. The only ones who know the truth are those who see my tattoo-the mark of The 6.

But my peace doesn’t last. One night, I had a nightmare. It started with Everest, then Azra appeared. Both of them were trapped, separated just like before.

Azra was somewhere dark, her spirit broken after all these years. I could barely make out her form in the shadows. Everest, though, was clear as day.

He was being held by knights in Blythmoor, though why they bothered keeping him there, I can’t imagine. The man’s immortal. Escaping is something he could’ve done ages ago... if he wanted to.

When I woke, my heart was pounding, and I couldn’t catch my breath. The dream felt too real, like a warning. I knew then I had to do something. It wasn’t just a dream.

It was a call. A reminder that we can’t let the Cold-Blooded 10 win. They will rise again, and we must be ready.

I don’t have all the answers. But I do know one thing: I have to find Everest and the others. Before it’s too late.

“How long has Everest been waiting in Blythmoor, and why hasn’t he escaped?”
