Safe for now
In the morning of the dask, the new day as begone, hinted by the bedroom window of the golden light illuminated the dark cozy bedroom. While in the corner blue hair girl could be seen sleeping in her bed, peacefully driven away in her own dreams.
However...... A noise could be heard. The blue hair gril, Bella hear the noise too.So at first, it was subtle ,nothing tooo concerning. Still on her bed, stood up a little from her usual cozy position and while looking at her surroundings while her face lookeding sleepy annoyed as if someone disturbed her wonderful dream.
Looking back and forth and again, back and forth to see anything suspicious,However, after that ironically, she went back into bed. To her, she's too tired for this or just want to sleep more and too lazy to get up. But fate has other plans for her. Again that same noise came although this time a little louder than before. Which is concerning. Bella whom also knew this fact,is determined to not get out of bed.
Then the sleeply Bella have a thought.. "Weird noise?? Suspiciously loud ?? OR are ther...." *Nervously laughing to herself*. Wellllll..... It could be those annoying weird birds things again. "Right? RIGHT?!"
While in her thoughts , Notices she feels like she's slightly moving or the rest of her room. Out of the blue. The the whole house shake profusely as the same time the creepy scary noise getting louder and louder.Poor Bella was deep in shocke in the turn of events, fell off her bed and her face becomes pale then usual, the fear coming down to her core .
When the shaking stopped for a second. Bella managed to get on her feet even though she's still shivering. Looked around her room, her eyes landed on a toy box across the room. Without a second thought, her feet move forward, walking faster every second , while in the background the noise get louder, louder and alouderr by every passing minute.finally she reached for her toy box and open it , and frantically looking inside of the it, That it seems like she's searching for something. But in the end, she took some few items, a lantern, slime gun that shoot slimes and some essentials too like a fist aid kit for emergency.
Finding everything she needed , she hurriedly moved to her closet. Grabbing her black coat, and put it on over her green pajamas. When she's putting on her coat, her one's cozy bedroom became cold and the unfriendly accompanied by the strange noise, getting creepy as time went by.
Then finally the most importantly , Bella's eyes felt on toy plushy of a fox ,sitting on her bed carefree. She approach it and took it by the arms, feeling like she's not alone. Then her face darken as she putting on her bag. A lantern in her hand ,look at her bedroom door, feelin like those creatures pass beyond her bedroom door.
In that moment, she approach it cautiously. Before that she grabs the handle. She look at the room one more last time and looking back ,taking a deep breath. Open the door and leave to facethe invader or something else entire ? Couldn't be certain.
Ones opening the door slow and gently . Reveal an rusty old oak stairs that goes downstairs, blending into the darkness . It was so dark though little bella couldn't see anything, have to resort to put her fox plush in her black coat pocket and took out her slime gun from her backpack with an lantern her hand .
Quietly but carefully walkeing down the stairs of the old oak stairs, withing taking each step by step , feeling so unnerving ? So lost and hopeless , the feeling on her mind , bella thought as the cold breeze flow in the room. It didn't help much known fully well that someone broken inher home and worse, she doesn't know that whom or what break into her house .
Few seconds later Bella , Safely reaching downstairs, the minute bella put her foot on the wooden floor. The place seem empty , only some furnitures that can't be pin point since it was so dark compared to the cozy bedroom form upstairs.Even with her lantern , it only lighting up a little, it's still dark.the only thing visible next to the stairs there is a cupboard filled with books and some family photos on the wall , a turquoise carpet , one door that seem to led outside the house and an hallway that to lead to the kitchen. But "something isn't right" Bella thought .She ponders for an while. Suddenly a loud noise of what seem like falling items,That's coming form the kitchen.
It was so odd but somehow made sense to the girl , "the nois couldn't be from those weird invaders? Aren't they?? " Bella whispered under her breath contemplating the possibility though in truth the cold that atmosphere of her home is unfamiliar yet not.
Usually in fiction characters usually go to where the strangeness is ,which isn't smart thing to do .And somehow the protagonist find herself you stuck in this situation. Then with a deep breath she looked at the door that lead to the outside , knowing full well if she goes to the unsettling noises come from , it might lead her doom like those characters she read at her time in the academy. ,which again is unsettling for itself. When her hand grab the handle and trying to open it , although to her dismay the door wouldn't open not even an inch. This revelation only further her anxiety then was before.
"Come on. come on!! open up, for all the time you couldn't being locked up ,it had to be now!!??" Bella cry in her whispers, pleading the door to open but there was no use.
"What now? "
"Ho how about trying opening the window ? Yes it could work ,it might just work" bella still whispered to herself as a way to comfort herself.
"Anddddd never mind, The window is also locked too"Bella sigh .
"Let's see what the problem is " while saying that,Bella walk few steps back .Then analyze the door and the window, look very carefully ., she notice something very interesting. An glowing red crystal on the door handle that she over looked before .Bella recognize what that is.
Immediately with out Any hesitation, put her slime gun in her coat pocket and she touched the red glowing crystal on the door handle like a button while she's still holding the lantern from her right hand. Few seconds later after touched the red crystal button,a red hologram screen in the air as well white bold text started to appear, no something is wrong, it's glitching.
" Lock down mod_ - mode activ-_-ated , em -_emergency-_protocol"
" Please sta--- stay cal--"
After saying those few lines ,the red hologram seem to fade away, with each blurring sound , the voice became unclear with each line. Like glitching up of some sort? Bella approach the hologram screen , she put down her lantern on the floor and looking at it , trying to find the problem with the security of the magic stone that her family installed in thery home.But why they did this in the first place is unclear at this moment.
Looking up with the red glitchy screen.Bella decided, she's going to check the manual to see what to be done and a bunch of white texts slowly written down but the screen it's glitching with some little blue light however, it still remains the same red screen. Bella moving her fingers getting down to the texts and finally found something useful.
"If you have any problem with the programming of this magical device, or glitches started appear out of nowhere ,please restart using the
flow- mechanic that's been installed in your home at connects all the flow in the building or house. "
Bella seeing the sentence of these words. Made her body tremble not in fear rather with annoyance. Because the flow- mechanic is literally located in the kitchen out of all places. "How lovely I guess, I have no choice do I ?" Bella thought sarcastically.
Not even a minute, a loud bang noise of what it seems plates falling out into the floor snatching in the process, could be heard across the hallway, likely from the kitchen.
At that moment, that pacific moment , Bella lost it .The one's fear and anxiety fades away form her ,then now replaced with annoyance and anger. She couldn't take anymore. First of all, her whole house shaked out of nowhere, the security is broken, someone break in and worst of all RUINED her beauty sleep, a true crime .Bella thought.
The anger now she feels, the frustration she felt, fastly she picked up her lantern once more,Taking out the slime gun from her pocket and now marching her way to the kitchen.
This time she's making sure that invader will have slime all over them ,so much so it is hard to get rid of it.Bella promised herself to do just that.Now with her new fonde bravery, She is determines and prepare then ever before. Bella make her way into the hallway to the kitchen where the invaders is , she's ready to face the danger or she thought that is ?
