Elise & Ailey Arrive at The Homestead

A mind, a home, a smile,oh so happy. What else could be any better? Elise had just moved in. A beautiful landscape in the heart of Southern Florida. Relief at last from such a treacherous drive. Ailey her fiancé was feeling tired and rather stressed out, so she sent him to go rest upstairs on his new bed set they had just put together. Their golden retriever had been running laps around the kitchen as excited as a child running in a playground. Elise sits on the couch to relax for a bit and watch television not many interesting programs were on. She switches to painting ,she loved to paint! Its a talent of hers. The sun began to set outside! It was the perfect landscape to put on her easel. Three hours had passed. It was time to wake Ailey as he had told her to do so in three hours time. She walks up the staircase and begins to hear an unsettling sound. Ailey was breathing heavily and covered in sweat. She ran down stairs to pour him a glass of water and grab a piece of fruit. Once he had drank some water and ate he was eager to be in her company. Elise still rather alarmed told him he must take things easy for the remaining hours of the day. After all he had been active prior so he wasn't lacking. Elise and Ailey settled for a calm dinner in the dining room of their new home and shortly after made themselves desert. A raspberry sorbet with chocolate drizzle. Their night was calm.
