CHAPTER 1

........A New Beginning.......

The sun was setting over the bustling city of Lahore, casting a warm orange glow over the crowded streets. Ali, a young Muslim man with a bright smile and piercing brown eyes, was busy helping his family unpack their belongings in their new home.

Ali’s family had just moved to Lahore from a small town in rural Pakistan, seeking better opportunities and a brighter future. Ali’s father, Abdul Rahman, was a kind and gentle man who worked as an accountant in a local firm. His mother, Jamila, was a loving and caring homemaker who took care of Ali and his younger sister, Fatima.

As Ali was unpacking the boxes, he couldn’t help but feel a sense of excitement and nervousness about starting a new life in the city. He had always been a small-town boy, and the thought of navigating the bustling streets of Lahore was both thrilling and intimidating.

Just then, Ali’s sister Fatima came running into the room, her bright pink hijab fluttering behind her. “Ali, bhai! Come see! Our new neighbor is so nice!” she exclaimed, tugging on Ali’s arm.

Ali smiled and followed Fatima to the living room, where their mother was chatting with their new neighbor, Mrs. Khan. Mrs. Khan was a warm and friendly woman who had welcomed the family to the neighborhood with open arms.

“Assalamu alaikum, Mrs. Khan,” Ali said, smiling. “Thank you for the warm welcome.”

“Wa alaikum salam, Ali,” Mrs. Khan replied. “You’re most welcome. I hope you and your family will be happy here.”

As they chatted, Ali noticed a beautiful young girl standing in the doorway, watching them with a shy smile. She had long, dark hair and piercing green eyes that sparkled with kindness.

“Who’s that?” Ali whispered to Fatima, nodding towards the girl.

“That’s Aisha, Mrs. Khan’s daughter,” Fatima whispered back, grinning mischievously. “I think she’s really pretty, don’t you?”

Ali blushed and looked away, feeling a flutter in his chest. He couldn’t deny that Aisha was indeed beautiful, but he didn’t want to admit it to his sister just yet.

As the evening drew to a close, Ali’s family thanked Mrs. Khan and Aisha for their warm welcome, and promised to return the favor soon.

“Jazakallah khair, Mrs. Khan,” Ali’s mother said, smiling. “May Allah reward you for your kindness.”

“Alhamdulillah, it was our pleasure,” Mrs. Khan replied. “May Allah bless you and your family.”

As they walked back to their new home, Ali couldn’t help but steal a glance at Aisha, who was smiling at him from across the room. He felt a spark of attraction, but he quickly pushed it aside, reminding himself that he had just moved to a new city and needed to focus on settling in.

Little did he know, his life was about to take a dramatic turn, one that would lead him down a path of self-discovery, love, and spiritual growth.

......The First Day of School.......

The next morning, Ali woke up early, feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. It was his first day of school in Lahore, and he wasn’t sure what to expect.

As he got dressed and ready for school, his mother handed him a packed lunch and a bottle of water. “Be careful, beta,” she said, smiling. “Make new friends and learn lots of new things.”

“Insha’Allah, Amma,” Ali replied. “I’ll try my best.”

Ali’s mother smiled and hugged him. “May Allah be with you, beta. May you have a great day.”

As Ali walked to school, he couldn’t help but feel a sense of wonder at the bustling streets of Lahore. The city was so different from his small town, with its towering buildings, crowded markets, and endless stream of cars and motorcycles.

When he arrived at school, Ali was greeted by his teacher, Mr. Ahmed, who showed him to his classroom. Ali was nervous as he introduced himself to his new classmates, but they welcomed him warmly and made him feel at ease.

As the day went on, Ali found himself enjoying his new school and classmates. He was especially drawn to a group of students who were passionate about football, and he quickly joined their conversation.

But despite the excitement of his new school and friends, Ali couldn’t shake off the feeling that something was missing. He felt a sense of disconnection from his faith and his Allah SWT, and he knew he needed to find a way to reconnect.

...... The Masjid........

That evening, Ali decided to visit the local masjid to pray and connect with his Allah SWT.

As he walked into the masjid, he felt a sense of peace and tranquility wash over him. He had always found solace in the masjid, and he was looking forward to reconnecting with his faith and community.

When he arrived at the masjid, Ali was greeted by the Imam, who welcomed him warmly and invited him to join the prayer. Ali felt a sense of comfort and belonging as he prayed alongside the other worshippers.

After the prayer, Ali met a group of young men who were passionate about their faith and community. They invited him to join their study circle, where they discussed Islamic texts and shared their experiences.

Ali was drawn to their warmth and hospitality, and he quickly felt at home. For the first time since moving to Lahore, he felt a sense of connection to his faith and community.

As he walked home from the masjid, Ali felt a sense of gratitude and peace. He knew that he still had a lot to learn and adjust to, but he was excited for the journey ahead.

“Insha’Allah, I will make the most of this new chapter in my life,” he said to himself, smiling.

The next day, Ali started his new school, and he was excited to meet new friends and learn new things. He was also looking forward to continuing his studies at the masjid and deepening his connection with his faith and community.

As he walked to school, he saw Aisha, Mrs. Khan’s daughter, walking towards him. She smiled and greeted him, and Ali felt his heart skip a beat.

“Assalamu alaikum, Aisha,” he said, smiling back at her. “How are you today?”

“Wa alaikum salam, Ali,” she replied. “I’m doing well, thanks. How about you?”

Ali and Aisha chatted for a few minutes, and then they parted ways, each going to their respective schools.

Ali couldn’t help but feel a sense of excitement and nervousness as he thought about Aisha. He had never felt this way about anyone before, and he wasn’t sure what to make of it.

But as he walked to school, he reminded himself to focus on his studies and his faith, and to not get too caught up in his feelings.

“Insha’Allah, I will stay focused and true to my values,” he said to himself, smiling.

....... The Study Circle......

That evening, Ali attended the study circle at the masjid, where he met with the group of young men he had met the day before.

They discussed various Islamic texts and shared their experiences, and Ali felt a sense of connection and belonging.

As they studied, one of the young men, named Omar, asked Ali about his interests and hobbies.

“I’m really passionate about football,” Ali replied. “I love playing and watching the game.”

Omar smiled. “I’m a big fan of football too,” he said. “Maybe we can play a match together sometime?”

Ali grinned. “That sounds like a great idea,” he said.

As the study circle came to a close, Ali felt a sense of gratitude and peace. He was excited to continue learning and growing with his new friends.

The next day, Ali and Omar met up to play a game of football. They had a great time, laughing and joking together as they played.

As they took a break, Omar asked Ali about his family.

“My family is really important to me,” Ali replied. “My parents are always supporting me and encouraging me to do my best.”

Omar nodded. “That’s great,” he said. “Family is really important in Islam. We’re taught to respect and care for our parents and relatives.”

Ali smiled. “Yes, I know,” he said. “I try to do my best to make my parents proud and to follow the teachings of Islam.”

Omar grinned. “You’re a great guy, Ali,” he said. “I’m glad we’re friends.”

........The School Play.......

A few days later, Ali’s school announced that they would be putting on a play, and Ali was excited to audition.

He had always loved acting and performing, and he thought this would be a great opportunity to showcase his talents.

As he auditioned, Ali met a girl named Sofia, who was also trying out for the play. Sofia was a talented actress and singer, and Ali was impressed by her skills.

The two of them chatted for a bit, and Ali found himself feeling drawn to Sofia’s warm and friendly personality.

But as they talked, Ali couldn’t help but think of Aisha, and he felt a pang of guilt.

Why was he feeling this way? He didn’t know, but he knew he needed to be careful and not let his feelings get the best of him.

As the auditions came to a close, Ali and Sofia both found out that they had been cast in the play.

Ali was thrilled, but,....

As the days went by, Ali and Sofia spent more and more time together, rehearsing their lines and perfecting their performances.

Ali couldn’t help but feel drawn to Sofia’s warm and friendly personality, and he found himself looking forward to their rehearsals together.

But despite his growing feelings for Sofia, Ali couldn’t shake the feeling that he was being unfaithful to Aisha.

He had never really talked to Aisha, but there was something about her that had caught his attention.

As the night of the play approached, Ali’s nerves began to get the better of him.

He was worried that he would forget his lines or trip on stage, and he couldn’t shake the feeling that something was going to go wrong.

But as he stood backstage, waiting for the curtain to go up, Ali felt a sense of calm wash over him.

He took a deep breath, remembered the words of the Quran, and stepped out onto the stage.

The play was a huge success, and Ali’s performance was praised by the audience and his teachers.

As he took his final bow, Ali caught sight of Aisha in the audience, smiling and clapping for him.

He felt a surge of happiness and pride, and he couldn’t help but wonder if maybe, just maybe, he had a chance with her.

........The Party........

After the play, Ali’s friends and classmates threw him a party to celebrate his success.

Ali was touched by the gesture, and he had a great time laughing and joking with his friends.

But as the night wore on, Ali began to feel a little overwhelmed.

There were so many people, and the music was so loud, and Ali just wanted to escape for a little while.

He slipped outside, into the cool night air, and took a deep breath.

As he stood there, he felt a hand on his shoulder.

It was Aisha.

“Hey, congratulations on the play,” she said, smiling. “You were amazing.”

Ali felt his heart skip a beat as he turned to face her.

“Thanks,” he said, trying to sound casual. “I’m just glad it’s over.”

Aisha laughed. “I know what you mean,” she said. “But you were really great. I’m so proud of you.”

Ali felt a surge of happiness at her words, and he couldn’t help but wonder if maybe, just maybe, he had a chance with her.

As they stood there, talking and laughing together, Ali felt a sense of connection with Aisha that he had never felt before.

It was as if they had known each other for years, not just a few days.

And as they said their goodbyes, Ali couldn’t help but wonder what the future held for them.

Would they become friends? Would they become something more?

Only time would tell.

....... The Prank War........

Ali and Aisha’s friendship was blossoming, and they were becoming inseparable.

One day, while they were studying together, Ali decided to play a prank on Aisha.

He hid her phone and then pretended to look for it, asking her if she had seen it.

Aisha was completely fooled and started searching for her phone everywhere.

Ali couldn’t contain his laughter and burst out laughing.

Aisha realized she had been pranked and chased Ali around the room, trying to get her phone back.

They both ended up in a fit of laughter, and their prank war began.

For the next few days, they kept playing pranks on each other, each one trying to outdo the other.

Their friends were entertained by their antics, and soon, the whole school was talking about the prank war between Ali and Aisha.

But things took a turn when Ali’s prank went too far.

He filled Aisha’s backpack with silly string, and when she opened it, the silly string exploded everywhere.

Aisha was not amused, and Ali knew he had gone too far.

He apologized profusely, and Aisha forgave him, but she warned him that the prank war was far from over.

.........The Cooking Disaster.....

Ali decided to make amends with Aisha by cooking her favorite dish, chicken biryani.

He spent hours in the kitchen, following a recipe he found online.

But things didn’t quite go as planned.

He added too much salt, and the rice was overcooked.

The kitchen was filled with smoke, and the fire alarm went off.

Aisha walked into the kitchen, covering her nose with her shirt.

“What’s going on?” she asked, laughing.

Ali looked at her, defeated.

“I tried to cook chicken biryani,” he said.

Aisha couldn’t contain her laughter.

“It smells like something died in here,” she said.

Ali laughed too, and they both ended up in a fit of laughter.

They ordered pizza instead and spent the rest of the evening laughing and joking together.

.......The Football Match.....

Ali and Aisha’s school was having a football match against their rival school.

Ali was excited to play, but Aisha was more excited to watch him play.

She made a big banner with Ali’s name on it and cheered loudly throughout the match.

Ali’s team was winning, but in the last minute, the opposing team scored a goal, tying the game.

The match went into overtime, and Ali’s team scored another goal, winning the game.

Aisha was over the moon with excitement and ran onto the field, hugging Ali.

Ali laughed and lifted her up, spinning her around in celebration.

Their friends cheered and clapped, and the two of them basked in the glory of their team’s victory.

As they walked off the field, Aisha turned to Ali and said, “I’m so proud of you.”

Ali smiled, feeling happy and content.

“Thanks,” he said. “I couldn’t have done it without your support.”

Aisha smiled back, and they shared a moment, their eyes locked on each other.

It was a moment that neither of them would ever forget.

And as they walked off into the sunset, arm in arm, their friends cheering and clapping behind them, they knew that their friendship was something special.

THE REAL STORY IS NOW GOING TO BEGIN

The Proposal

Ali had been thinking about proposing to Aisha for weeks. He had mustered up the courage to buy a ring and plan a romantic evening.

He took Aisha to the same park where they had shared so many memories together.

“Aisha, from the moment I met you, I knew that you were someone special,” Ali said, getting down on one knee. “Will you marry me?”

Aisha looked at him, shocked. “Ali, I...I didn’t expect this from you,” she stuttered.

“What do you mean?” Ali asked, feeling a sense of unease.

“I thought we were just friends,” Aisha said, her voice shaking.

Ali felt like he had been punched in the gut. He couldn’t believe what he was hearing.

“But...but we’ve been spending so much time together,” Ali protested.

Aisha shook her head. “I know, but I never thought of you in a romantic way, Ali. I’m sorry.”

Ali felt a wave of sadness wash over him. He had never felt this way before.

“I understand,” Ali said, trying to compose himself. “But can I ask why you never thought of me in a romantic way?”

Aisha hesitated before answering. “I don’t know, Ali. I just didn’t. And I think we should just remain friends.”

Ali nodded, feeling a sense of disappointment. “Okay, Aisha. I understand.”

But little did Ali know, this rejection would set off a chain of events that would change his life forever.

......... The Family War.......

Aisha’s family was not happy when they found out about Ali’s proposal.

“How could you lead him on like that?” Aisha’s mother asked, her voice stern.

“I didn’t mean to, Ummi,” Aisha protested. “I thought we were just friends.”

Aisha’s father, a stern-looking man with a thick beard, looked at Aisha with disappointment.

“We need to leave this country,” he said. “We can’t stay here anymore.”

Aisha was shocked. “But why, Abbu?” she asked.

“Because we can’t trust anyone here,” Aisha’s father replied. “We need to go back to our own country where we can be safe.”

Aisha felt a pang of sadness. She was going to miss Ali and her friends.

“But what about my education?” Aisha asked.

“We’ll find you a good school in our country,” Aisha’s father replied.

Aisha nodded, knowing that she had no choice.

As they packed their bags and said their goodbyes, Ali came to visit Aisha one last time.

“Aisha, I’m going to miss you so much,” Ali said, his eyes welling up with tears.

Aisha hugged him tightly. “I’ll miss you too, Ali. Take care of yourself.”

Ali nodded, feeling a sense of sadness wash over him.

As Aisha’s family left the country, Ali was left to pick up the pieces of his broken heart.

He knew that he would never forget Aisha and the impact she had on his life.

The Reflection

Ali spent the next few days in a daze, trying to come to terms with what had happened.

He had never felt this way before, and he didn’t know how to deal with it.

One day, as he was reading Qur’an walking through the park, he stoped upon a verse from the Quran:

“And indeed, with hardship comes ease.” (Quran 94:5)

Ali felt a sense of comfort wash over him. He realized that he wasn’t alone in his struggles.

He thought about all the times he had struggled in his life, and how Allah had always been there for him.

He realized that this rejection was not a punishment, but rather a test from Allah.

Ali felt a sense of determination wash over him. He knew that he had to move on and focus on his studies and his faith.

He started attending the masjid more regularly and spending more time with his friends and family.

Slowly but surely, Ali started to heal and move on from his heartbreak.

He knew that he would always cherish the memories he had made with Aisha, but he also knew that he had to move on and focus on his future.

As he looked up at the sky, Ali felt a sense of gratitude wash over him.

“Alhamdulillah,” he said, smiling. “Thank you, Allah, for everything.”

And with that, Ali closed the chapter on his heartbreak and started a new one, filled with hope, faith, and determination.

FEW YEARS LATER

.......... The Rise to Success.......

Years had passed since Ali’s heartbreak, and he had come a long way.

He had worked hard, establishing his own company, which had become a huge success.

Ali was now the president of the company, and he was respected by his peers and employees.

He had never forgotten his roots and had always remained true to his faith.

In fact, Ali had become even more devoted to Islam, and he had started establishing Islamic institutions along with his business partners.

Their goal was to spread Islamic teachings and provide education to those who were less fortunate.

Ali’s company had become a model for other businesses, showing that success and faith could go hand in hand.

Meanwhile, in another country, Aisha’s life had taken a completely different turn.

She had totally ignored her Islamic upbringing and had started living a life of luxury and sin.

She would attend parties, hang out with friends, and had even started drinking.

Aisha’s parents were devastated by her transformation, but she didn’t care.

She was too busy enjoying her new life to worry about what others thought.

One day, Ali received an invitation to attend a business conference in the country where Aisha lived.

He decided to attend, hoping to network and establish new business connections.
