Chapter 1

A man stood amidst the ruins, his shirt torn apart, golden hair falling messily over his eyes. His pale skin gleamed under the shattered moonlight.

Man: “So, Lucifer... I guess this is our final battle, huh?”

Opposite him, Lucifer—a strikingly handsome figure with golden hair and piercing red eyes—stood with an air of quiet resolve. His white skin seemed almost luminous, and behind him, massive wings of black feathers spread wide, casting a long shadow over the battlefield.

Lucifer: “I suppose you could say that.”

A blinding white aura surged around Adam’s body, the energy crackling like lightning.

Adam: “Then let’s finish this.”

His golden eyes pulsed, the glow forming the shape of a cross before he vanished. In an instant, he reappeared before Lucifer, delivering a powerful kick aimed at his face. But Lucifer reacted swiftly—his wings folded in, absorbing the blow. The impact sent out a devastating shockwave, tearing through the surrounding buildings, reducing them to rubble.

High above, on the rooftop of a crumbling skyscraper, two figures watched the battle unfold.

Both men wore black suits, their silhouettes barely distinguishable against the darkened sky. One stood firmly, gripping a staff, while the other sat casually in a chair, his expression unreadable.

The standing man had warm brown skin, deep brown eyes, and tousled brown hair. The seated man had an eerie contrast—raven-black hair, obsidian eyes, and pale white skin.

The standing man finally spoke.

Moses: “You saw this coming, didn’t you, John?”

John leaned back, exhaling softly.

John: “Moses, you should know me by now.”

Moses: “So, who do you think will win? The first angel to fall or the first man to sin?”

John remained silent for a moment before responding.

John: “I don’t know… but isn’t Leviathan your problem?”

Moses let out a dry chuckle.

Moses: “Oh, you mean him? I’ll deal with Leviathan. But what about the other sins? Do you think they’ll interfere?”

John smirked.

John: “Lust is already keeping her busy.”

Moses: “You mean Luce?”

John: “Yeah. I mean her.”

Moses’ expression darkened.

Moses: “Then let’s hope she makes it out alive.”

Elsewhere...

A woman knelt on bloodstained ground, her breath ragged, her body trembling. One of her arms was missing, severed cleanly at the shoulder. Around her, the remnants of her wings lay discarded like fallen petals—beautiful, broken, and useless.

She had raven-black hair, striking pink eyes, and pale white skin. But her once-formidable presence had been reduced to sheer terror.

Woman: “You... monster...”

Her eyes darted upward, locking onto the girl standing over her.

The girl was young—almost delicate in appearance—but her presence was chillingly detached. She had piercing blue eyes and flowing blue hair, a stark contrast to the blood-splattered yellow raincoat she wore. A rosary hung from her neck, glinting faintly. In her right hand, she held a rod, its surface glowing with divine power.

She regarded the fallen woman with an emotionless stare.

Girl: “You know, I have a name, Asmodeus.”

She lifted the rod slightly.

Girl: “It’s Luce.”

Asmodeus’ pink eyes widened in disbelief.

Asmodeus: “I don’t understand… How? How can you wield the Holy Spirit? You’re not a—”

Luce stepped closer, her gaze unwavering.

Luce: “Acts 17:25—‘Nor is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives to all mankind life and breath and everything.’”

She reached behind her and unsheathed her sword, its polished blade reflecting the golden light that surrounded her. The white aura around her flared like divine fire.

Luce: “The Lord gave life. And I, Luce, shall serve Him.”

She tilted her head slightly.

Luce: “Now… would you prefer to die as a man or a woman?”

Asmodeus let out a bitter, broken laugh.

Asmodeus: “Does it really matter?”

Luce didn’t answer.

With a single, precise motion, she swung her blade.

For a moment, there was only silence.

Then, Asmodeus’ head fell, dissolving into dust before it could even hit the ground. Her body soon followed, scattering into nothingness.

Luce exhaled, sheathing her sword.

She turned, her blue eyes flickering with something unreadable.

Luce: “I have bigger problems to deal with... Eve.”

Chapter 2

Eve stood atop a crumbling rooftop, gazing down at the city below. A sinister presence caught her attention. Across from her, a woman leaned casually against a ledge. Her long, stringy yellow hair obscured her eyes, but the grin on her face was unmistakable. She was clad in black—jeans, a top, and a flowing coat that billowed in the wind.

Eve: “My, my, my… Luce, the puppet.”

Luce: “I never expected to meet the so-called mother of man.”

Eve: “No need to be rude.”

Luce: “Oh? My apologies—if I was.”

Luce’s gaze turned cold, sharp as a blade. The tension between them thickened. A fight was inevitable. But Eve, unfazed, simply sat down at the edge of the building, pulling an apple from her pocket. She turned it in her palm, studying it as if lost in thought.

Eve: “Luce, do you know what this apple reminds me of?”

Luce: “The fruit of knowledge… good and evil.”

Before another word could be spoken, an ominous presence washed over them like a tidal wave. The air grew heavy, filled with suffocating malice. Both women instinctively turned their heads toward the source—Lucifer.

He stood high above, staring down at Adam. A smirk played on his lips as a thick, black aura coiled around him, swirling to his palm and forming the shape of a massive sword. With a single motion, he swung it downward. The force of the slash tore through the air, sending a shockwave that shattered the ground beneath him.

Adam stood unmoved, his expression unwavering. A moment passed. Then, his aura erupted—pure and radiant, swallowing the darkness whole. His eyes gleamed with divine fury.

Adam: “Divine Skill: Samson the Lion Slayer!”

The earth cracked beneath his feet as he vanished in a blur. In the blink of an eye, he was upon Lucifer. The fallen angel barely had time to react before Adam’s fist came crashing down. Instinctively, Lucifer shielded himself with his wings, but the impact sent him hurtling to the ground. Blood spilled from his lips.

Lucifer coughed, forcing himself upright with his sword. But before he could fully recover, Adam seized him by the face and slammed him into the earth. The ground trembled beneath the force.

Lucifer snarled, kicking Adam away. The blow sent Adam crashing into a stone wall, cracking it on impact. But as the dust settled, Adam rose once more, unfazed.

Lucifer let out a low chuckle.

Lucifer: “Hah… Samson the Lion Slayer. Impressive. But tell me, Adam… why fight me? Why not join me? Together, we can slay God and take his throne for ourselves.”

Adam’s jaw tightened, his fists clenching at his sides.

Adam: “After what you did to Eve?!”

Lucifer: “She made her own choice. I never forced her hand. She knew what the fruit would bring… and so did you.”

A dark fury burned in Adam’s eyes.

Adam: “I did… but I swear, I will kill you if it’s the last thing I do.”

Lucifer smiled.

Lucifer: “Then let’s see if you’re ready to die.”

He lunged forward, his sword slicing through the air with blinding speed.

Adam: “Divine Skill: Eyes of the Future, John!”

Lucifer’s blade unleashed a flurry of slashes, each one aimed to kill. Yet Adam weaved through them effortlessly, his movements precise, as if he had seen them all before.

Watching from the sidelines, John narrowed his eyes.

John: “It seems he’s using my divine skill.”

Moses crossed his arms.

Moses: “It appears so… but I never understood Adam’s divine abilities. Our divine skills are meant to reflect the greatest feats we achieved on Earth.”

John: “Yeah… the Forgotten World. But I think I understand his power now.”

Moses: “Oh? Enlighten me.”

John: “Adam is the father of man. His blood runs through us all—just as does his sin.”

Moses: “And?”

John: “That means he can wield the abilities of his descendants.”

Back in the battle, Adam’s attacks were relentless. He struck Lucifer over and over, dodging every counterattack with inhuman precision. No matter how fast or strong Lucifer’s blows were, Adam anticipated them all.

Then, without warning, the earth quaked violently. Cracks splintered across the battlefield, and steam erupted from the fissures. The ground heaved and split open.

A monstrous roar shook the heavens. From the depths of the earth, a massive dragon emerged. Its ten heads loomed over the battlefield, each one crowned with twisted, gleaming horns. Smoke and embers poured from its jaws, the very air around it warping with heat.

Lucifer grinned.

Lucifer: “Let’s see if you can slay more than just lions, Adam.”
