As I sit across the dinner table from King Darius, the most feared Dragon king around. As Darius slams his fist angirly making me jump from across the table. He sighs looking at me fustratedly " Forgive me Arianna, I'm not upset with you ." I look at lowering my fork " May I ask why you're so upset then King Darius?" He smirks at me " Just Dairus too you, Arianna and I'm upset because my legs don't work. Ever since my accident, I am Dragon king and can no longer fly or walk. " he says sighing heavily I get up walking towards him silently, then kneel down next to him " well Dairus, I like you just as you are. Come , I'll draw you a hot bath" I say too him as I wheel him to the bathroom. He nods at me as he begins to take off his shirt , I stop and stare at his wings . " Arianna, is something wrong?" He asks me concerned I shake my head at him blushing " No, I apologize Darius it's just this is the first time I have ever been this close to ..." he smiles at me " A dragon shifter , Arianna it's okay you're my wife and my mate.
