The Beginning And The End

In the final days of the world, everything began to fade. For 100 years, no babies were born. People starved, cities turned to ruins, and the Earth became a quiet, lonely place. But old books—like the Bible and Quran—spoke of a prophecy:One day, a child will come to save the world from darkness.

Then, a miracle happened. A woman discovered she was pregnant. She and her husband cried with joy—it was the first pregnancy in a century. That night, the woman had a dream. A voice told her,“Protect this child. They will save the Earth.”

But evil was watching.

Two snake-like creatures crawled out from underground. Their eyes glowed red like fire, and their faces looked strangely familiar—like twisted shadows of the woman and her husband. They lied to people, saying,“This child is not a hero—it’s a monster that will destroy us all!”They tricked many into joining a dangerous cult and woke up ancient monsters to hunt the couple.

The husband and wife ran, hiding in forests and deserts, chased by the cult and beasts. But the red-eyed creatures always found them. One night, the couple stumbled into a cave. The creatures cornered them, grinning cruelly. The husband fought bravely but was badly hurt. The woman fell, clutching her stomach.

As the creatures raised a knife, the woman froze. Their glowing red eyes reflected her own face—and her husband’s.They were the same. The two creatureswerethem. Their own fears, their doubts, their choice to end the child’s life. The knife plunged—

—Then she woke up.

She was lying in a cold hospital bed. Her husband sat beside her, his face pale. A nurse said gently,“It’s done. The abortion is over.”The woman trembled. Had the nightmare been a warning? A sign?

She looked at her husband—and for a moment, his eyes flickered red, like the creatures in her dream. When she glanced in the mirror, her own eyes glowed the same way. They had become the monsters.

Epilogue:

The prophecy died with the child. But the real evil wasn’t the creatures—it was the choice they’d made. And in the silence, the red glow in their eyes never faded.

The End

This version uses the two red-eyed creatures as symbols of the couple’s guilt and their role in ending the pregnancy. The “monsters” are their own fears and regrets, reflected in their eyes. Simple language, but layered with meaning.
