Bianey has only known since she was sixteen that she is the heiress of an Italian mafia famiglia. She grew up with the idea that her father is a nightclub owner and her mother a goldsmith, on an estate with three other famiglias that she calls them her papa’s and mama’s. These three papa’s, Raul, Vico and Gian are her father's best friends and are consigliares. Each also have a son (Raul also has a daughter Sophia who has a boyfriend called Git and has a security company) and Bianey grew up with them.
These boys fall in love with her and because she is just as crazy about each one of them she cannot choose. As for the fratelli she does not have to choose.
She has to get used to the fact that she is the heiress of a criminal famiglia and because of danger to her own life when she was sixteen and het parents got kidnapped, she is sent to Antwerp. There she meets friends of her mother. Brad, who used to be a seal, his wife Ashley who was a thief and their son Sean, who is a hacker. She learns a lot from them, which will benefit her in her future life as a don.
When she returns from Antwerp after four years, it turns out that her fratelli's feelings for her have not changed, they had hoped that this would be the case, but decide not to ruin their good friendship, to see if it works with the four of them.
In the end it works fantastically, they are all crazy about each other and she marries all three of them, unofficially, but just as officially for them with beautiful rings Bianey made for them
In previous books she is tested a lot and her big heart ensures that she is regularly in danger.
In this book, she gets the chance to show the side, that she is a child of her papa and is very capable of leading their family, together with her beloved fratelli.
