Poetic little story about the end of the world

"It is a rather short story, but a surprisingly deep one, touching on a couple of key topics of life. Although not really explicated the reader senses a whole world and mythology behind the given pictures and scenes, making one wonder if this might be only part of a much larger story. Beautifully written, clean, almost poetic, it does not shy away even from violence and madness in the face of the imminent end. I loved reading it, and it is a good thing, that it ends the way it does: with a sense of hope and continuity. A definitive Should-Read!"
