Renzo Shimura

It's a day like any other in the town of Ember Valley. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and Renzo Shimura is up to his usual short-tempered antics, getting too easily annoyed by his nosey neighbor Nina Nexdor and losing his temper over basic things like stubbing his toe or the Candy Shack running out of his favorite taffy. However, there is one thing that always has and will make Renzo happy: sketching in his sketchbook. He draws things from fireflies to Flame Glyphs when in complete and total solitude from the townsfolk. Nevertheless, he still has trouble with controlling his temper, often punching a nearby tree when his creative juices are unable to flow. During one of these outings from the town that angered Renzo all too easily, he came across something that would forever alter the course of his life.
