Thrilling
"The story had way more twists and turns than I had expected! While yes, there is a spicy romance aspect to the story, it is NOT the primary focus. That seems to be the horrible repercussions of actions by our main girl, Beth. She found herself in a very interesting position that made her feel empowered, only to knock her down several pegs when all the dice fell. All in all an excellent story that deserves more attention!"

"It's one of the books I've read twice.. hahaha... The suspense got me pulling my hair! I only wish there was a sequel.. But wishes cannot be horses 😊 Nice book!"
MEA CULPA
"Mea Culpa is a deep dive into the politics in the world of medicine, and the author — Kelopatra — wrote with research and grace. The author has a tendency of hiding an amazing plot behind mundane situations. And thus, revealing the grander scheme of things becomes such a cathartic experience for readers. The characters come to life with their uniqueness and individual motivations makes them stand out, the way they interact with each other and with the world around is so relatable, and the way Beth goes through the motions of her life gives us character worth cheering for. I did, however, wished there was more to the end part — more so the sudden shift of Sean from bad to good as opposed to Beth’s ending. I wanted to know more and felt there was a slight disconnect with his character there. For me, this is one is the best work of Kelopatra so far. "
