What is your opinion?

Radish Rogue Redeemed by Love? You betcha!

"When I first met Sabri Forbiros, I loathed him! He was crude! He was impossibly scummy! Betrothed to a princess yet slinking around in dark corners of the Paleem docks gambling away his father's fortune while chasing a local damsel of destruction. IYKYK! Thankfully, said princess fell for her blonde mage and so Sabri was left to redeem himself in the eyes of his king, but more importantly, in his own eyes! Enter Cemre Al-Bashir! Tough! Capable! Spy and maid-in-waiting to the King's eldest daughter! During a lonely trip across Ranidos to get to her princess' bedside before the birth of Cemre's niece, our dear girl falls ill and encounters some ruffians out to do her harm. But wait! Who steps out of the bushes to save our delirious damsel in distress? Why, none other than the rogue, Sabri Forbiros, who just happens to be headed home to his father having once more messed up an important business deal for the shipping Master. Sabri knows he's no hero but he can't let feverish woman come to bad ends in the middle of the desert. As ge steps in to save the day, he loses his heart to the woman he rescues! And try as he might, he fights the pull of his heartstrings because how could she ever love someone as low as him? Someone rejected for good cause by the younger princess just weeks earlier as he yet again disappointed his father and sisters just by being the skirt chasing, gambling, misfit he's always been? Watching him find love and finally working to become a man of honor worthy of marrying the woman he learns is not just any spy and maid-in-waiting but the daughter to the king's security chief has been quite a fun ride. While I do wish everyone meet Sabri Forbiros in his redeemed state, I highly recommend you meet him first when he is so far down in the gutters that redemption seems an implausible and impossible improbability! You really should start with Nell and Jamar's story in Season One of A Dance of Sand and Magic and continue through Princess Amira's love story as she falls for her golden haired mage and learns that her father loves her just the way she is even if he's never really shown her those feelings while leading a whole country. Ms. Ash brilliantly writes every story in magic, weaving every fiber of her characters into people who walk out of the pages of her books and into my heart as dear friends!"

LOOOOVE all her stories!

"I absolutely love Elizabeths writing. She draws you into the story and makes you feel for even the most unsavory characters and beg for their redemption. I get so drawn into the story and the fluidity of her style that I honestly can't even tell if there are any spelling of grammatical errors. she's just that good! "
