A good bit of horror

"A messy visit to a Civil War surgeon's tent is magnified by the arrival of a monster. A little disjointed-- as it is supposed to be-- the narrative is obviously written by a man in shock. Reminds me of Lovecraft's work. This tale is certainly worth a read if you're looking for a men VS monster tale."
