PROLOGUE

Y/n felt her throat burn, her eyes stung; red smoke filled the room rapidly, Leith Pierre’s voice in the background, condemning her to die.

Huggy was at the door, pounding it while glaring at her with murderous intent, ready to destroy her. And worse, the door was giving way.

There was nowhere to run.

Nowhere to hide.

No escape.

She was going to die.

The red smoke was rapidly weakening her. She could do nothing.

The door finally gave way, and Huggy entered.

No. No. No. No.

With a loud shriek, Huggy attacked, and Y/n screamed.

She felt his strength holding her mercilessly, felt her muscles stretching painfully, bones splintering and breaking.

Y/n could do nothing to defend herself. She heard herself scream, heard herself agonize before Huggy bit her head off.

Was that it?

Was that how she was going to die? Pathetic, miserable, and alone.

The shelter... everyone she had promised to protect... they were all dead.

She killed them all.

Doey was dead. She killed him.

She was forced to do it.

Poppy... that traitor.

She left. She abandoned Kissy and her because she was too afraid to face reality.

Kissy... what would happen to her? Her arm... she couldn’t tell her she was sorry. She couldn’t say goodbye.

Kissy... her only friend.

She couldn’t protect her.

She couldn’t protect anyone!

If only... she could go back to the past... if only she could save everyone.

But at that moment, she only felt pain. Her consciousness was fading rapidly as she could only lament painfully.

What a pathetic death. So miserable and alone.

Perhaps she deserved it. She was a curse to all those toys who only wanted freedom.

If only... she could go back and change this destiny.

If only...

If only...

Now there was only darkness.

Y/n opened her eyes; air returned to her lungs.

She could hear the echo of Kissy’s screams.

“KISSY!” Poppy screamed in horror and worry.

They were descending in the elevator that led to the prison entrance.

“W-What...? What was happening?”

“...Listen...” she heard Poppy say, but Y/n was too shocked to say anything.

What was happening?

How was she back there?

She could still feel the ghost of Huggy’s teeth tearing her skin.

Poppy... that little, cheeky...

Y/n clenched her fists.

“...Down there... it’s unlike anything you’ve ever seen before.” she said in a somber voice. “It’s infernal! And Playtime wanted it that way.”

She heard her speak, but she didn’t listen. She already knew what she was going to say.

And as far as Y/n was concerned, she knew more than Poppy herself at that moment.

Y/n stepped forward and extended her hand towards her, ready to make her pay.

For a moment, her mind filled with a strong desire to throw her in the trash, along with the mountains of toy corpses.

“Don’t rush it.” her voice sounded in her head.

She forced herself to restrain herself and think more calmly.

Poppy, although she hates her, is useful. She still is...

They reached the level entrance, and Y/n got off. She turned to Poppy and looked at her coldly.

“You better make sure Kissy is alright.”

Poppy looked at her strangely.

“Of course, she’ll be alright.” she replied.

Y/n didn’t look at her anymore and continued on her way.

She could hear the elevator moving away.

Kissy would be alright, but she would be hurt.

She would need to find medicine to cure her.

Some food would also be useful.

Y/n looked into the shadows in front of her.

She didn’t know what had happened. She didn’t know why she was there. She didn’t know if it had all been some kind of strange and terribly realistic vision or if she had really died and returned to life.

But it didn’t matter. Now she knew what would happen and what she would have to do to prevent the past or the future? from repeating itself.

She wouldn’t blindly follow Poppy. She wouldn’t follow her orders.

She needed to find Doey. Help him.

She needed to save those in the shelter. Help Kissy.

Save them from the horrible fate she had seen, lived.

Now, she had a new purpose.

Her main priority would no longer be to kill all her enemies as quickly as possible. It would be to find food and medicine for those in the shelter and then, she would take care of the enemies.

With this in mind and with renewed determination, Y/n walked into the darkness, ready to fight, if necessary, tooth and nail until she achieved her goal.

To be continued...
