The Birth of a Wonder
Once upon a time, there was a boy named Eric. Eric was born on a cold, quiet night. The stars shone brightly, almost like they were happy he was here. But his story did not start like other kids’. When he was only two years old, his mom and dad passed away in a terrible accident. He was too little to understand, but his life changed forever.
His grandparents took him in. They were kind and loving, but they were also old and didn’t have much money. Still, they did their best to make him happy. They told him stories, made him warm meals, and hugged him whenever he felt sad.
Eric didn’t talk much. He liked to sit by the window and watch other kids play with their parents. He wished he could play like them, but something inside him felt empty. He had no brothers, no sisters—just his grandparents and the small house they lived in.
Even though he felt lonely, there was something special about Eric. He didn’t know it yet, but one day, his life would change in a big way. The lonely boy would become something amazing.
