INTRODUCTION - PLS READ

So basically, this is a collection of note I have written in the past. Please know that i don’t feel that way (in the book ) anymore. I have fully healed, and a part of my healing journey is sharing these notes to anyone who might relate to them.

Just know that no matter how bad it is, it always gets better <3

Also note that my English isn’t my first language, so you will be meeting a lot of mistakes. Also, i wanted to keep my diary as authentic as possible and didn’t change anything.
