Preface

“The Meeting That Could Change Basketball Forever”

📍 NBA Headquarters – Commissioner’s Office, Manhattan

The walls of the office were lined with framed photos—Jordan’s flu game, LeBron’s block, Curry’s deep three. But none of them made Brandon Jordan blink. He wasn’t there to admire history. He was there to make it.

Across the desk sat Commissioner Adam Silver, hands folded, eyes cautious.

Adam Silver:

“You’re serious about this again?”

Brandon (nodding):

“Just like I was last year. We proved we belong. Back-to-back titles. Undefeated. Record-breaking ratings. What more do you need?”

Silver leaned back, the weight of the league pressing against his spine.

Adam Silver:

“It’s not about talent. It’s structure. Contracts. Logistics. Your team isn’t built like a traditional franchise.”

Brandon stepped forward, unwavering.

Brandon:

“Neither was Saturn. We made it work when everyone said we couldn’t. Give us one chance to do it in the pros.”

A long pause. Silver tapped his pen twice before answering.

Adam Silver (gently):

“I’ll bring it to the governors again. But no promises.”

Brandon clenched his jaw, then exhaled.

Brandon:

“If it gets rejected this time… I’ll go into the draft. Number one overall. My team will be there watching—live.”

He turned to leave. But just before he opened the door, he glanced over his shoulder.

Brandon:

“You’ve seen what we can do. Now let the world see what happens… when you set us loose.”

And with that, he was gone—walking into the unknown with a heart full of fire and a dream still burning.
