Prologue: The Story So Far.

For those of you readers that have read the previous book, ‘Raspberries & Cream for Three’, you would know that it was written by Mossford Green's partner Luke, and M's twin brother, Theydon, and that I had their permission to republish it here on Inkitt. I have also been given permission to republish their sequel book, ‘Kisses Of Fire’.
Below is a quick resumé of what happened in R&C43 for those of you who would like to refresh their memory. To those of you that have not read it then I respectfully suggest that you do so in order to ascertain the complete story background.
Please note that this book is not mature rated so for those of you who are wanting smut and sexuality explicit writing then I’m afraid you’re going to be a little disappointed. However there is much more to a boyxboy book than graphic sex scenes and hopefully you will agree once you’ve read it.
Twins, Keegan and Kaiden Duncan, were orphaned at a young age. They were looked after by their maternal Grandmother but when they were 9 years old, she too died, leaving them to be shunted from one care home to another ever since.
Dominant twin Keegan, with a fiery and often violent temper, was very protective of Kaiden and when, just turned 14, and in a new home in Conway in North Wales, they were subjected to sexual abuse by an older boy, Keegan dealt with it swiftly and violently before they went on the run.
They didn’t get far. A car, full of drunk and drug fuelled youths, crashed into them injuring them both seriously. Keegan made an almost perfect recovery but Kaiden didn’t. He was left with a variety of issues that, over a year later, he was still recovering from.
As 15 years olds, shortly to be 16, a new life was offered with foster parents in the South East of England and within days of starting at a new school Keegan literally bumped into 15 year old Cameron Daniels, the youngest son of local villain and drugs baron George Daniels. There was an instant attraction between the two boys and a friendship built up between them leading them to eventually begin a sexual relationship.
The problems that ensued were because Cameron was white and his family were homophobic and racist and the twins were of mixed race.
Cameron fought against the pressures to follow his older brothers into a life of dealing in drugs and stolen goods and was regularly beaten by his older brother, Brandon, to do so. At school his cousin, Kane Daniels, regularly bullied him too and generally made his life a misery.
Cameron’s only friend was Eric Dawson, a 100% straight boy that he had known since Primary School. This friendship remained solid even as Cameron’s close attachment with Kaiden developed and the secret romance with Keegan blossomed.
Keegan’s fights, first with Kane and then with Brandon, left both bullies beaten and humiliated and the victorious Keegan was now their prime target for revenge. Kane took a knife, supplied by Brandon, to school with the intent of getting his own back on the boy who had publicly humiliated him. His actions caused not only his home to be raided by the police, but Cameron’s home too, leading to jail sentences for most of the two families.
18 months on, and all the Daniels gang are out of jail. Revenge is high on the list of jobs to be done...., but they had to be careful. They had to take Keegan Duncan out of the picture for good without it being traced back to them.
They felt they had the perfect plan.
