Summary

Hi, I’m Shivansh and I’m currently 11 years old. Kevin is my best friend, and even though we live in different countries, we study together in an online school and share everythinggames, laughs, and dreams. One of my biggest dreams is to meet Kevin in real life. That’s why I wrote this novel Shivansh & Kevin: The Paris Code. It’s a story about our friendship, our adventures, and the moment we finally meet in Paris. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.

Full Story

Shivansh, an energetic 11-year-old from Delhi, had always been fascinated by the world outside his home. Though he was miles away from his best friend, Kevin, who lived in Dubai, they shared a special bond that connected them across continents. They studied at the same online school, where they spent hours together, learning, chatting, and playing games. Despite the distance, they were inseparable.

Their dream? To meet one day and explore the world together, especially the City of Light—Paris.

“Imagine, Kevin,” Shivansh said once, looking out of his window at the sunset, “someday, we’ll both be in Paris. We’ll sit by the Eiffel Tower, maybe watch a movie, and just laugh about how we finally did it.”

Kevin’s voice crackled over the call. “Yeah! We’ll be legends. I can already see it.”

But what seemed like a distant dream began to take shape. As the years passed, both Shivansh and Kevin, now 16, were more connected than ever. Their families, unaware of their secret plans, ended up booking vacations to Paris that summer.

It felt like fate when they found out.

The day Shivansh finally landed in Paris, his heart was racing. For years, he’d imagined this moment, but now, as he stepped off the plane, it was all real. He looked around and, right there, in the bustling arrivals section of the airport, he spotted Kevin—the same goofy smile and familiar face, but now in person.

“Kevin!” Shivansh shouted, his voice filled with excitement.

“Shivansh!” Kevin grinned widely. They hugged, feeling the moment they had longed for. It felt just right.

“You’re taller than I imagined,” Shivansh said with a laugh.

“I could say the same about you,” Kevin replied, teasing. “Paris, bro. It’s ours now.”

Their first day in Paris was nothing short of perfect. They wandered through the cobbled streets, had a blast trying local food, and explored famous landmarks. But the highlight of the day was when they went to a vintage cinema near the Eiffel Tower to watch a movie—a thrilling adventure flick that seemed made for their reunion. They laughed, yelled at the screen, and felt like real-life heroes.

Later that evening, after the movie, they walked in the moonlight under the Eiffel Tower. The air was crisp, the lights of Paris glowing all around them. They found a quiet spot beneath the Tower, far from the crowds. The sounds of the city seemed to fade as they sat on a bench, watching the tower sparkle.

For a moment, neither spoke. It felt like the weight of the years, the distance, and all the anticipation was finally sinking in.

Kevin broke the silence. “I can’t believe we’re actually here… for real. After all the years of just talking online. This feels unreal.”

Shivansh smiled, his voice quiet but filled with emotion. “Yeah, it’s everything we imagined and more. But it’s also... something I never thought would happen. I always thought this was just something we’d dream about... but now we’re actually here. Together. In Paris.”

Kevin leaned back, looking at the lights of the Eiffel Tower. “I always knew we’d meet one day, Shivansh. But this... this is way beyond what I thought. I mean, we’ve talked about this for so long, but to live it... it’s everything.”

Shivansh glanced at Kevin, his eyes softening. “You know, there’s no one else I’d want to be here with. You’ve always been there for me, even from the other side of the world. I’m glad we made it here. Together.”

Kevin smiled, his voice sincere. “Same here, bro. No matter where life takes us next, we’ll always have this moment. Paris is special. But what makes it even more special... is that we got to share it.”

The two friends sat there in silence for a while, just taking in the magic of the moment. The world around them seemed to pause, and for once, nothing else mattered. Their friendship, which had started with virtual messages and online lessons, had now become something tangible, something unbreakable.

As the night sky stretched above, they knew this was only the beginning. The adventure, their bond, and the memories—they would carry them forever.

The End… for now.
